    Home Inspection

    The inspector was very professional and personable. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We were most appreciative of the time the inspector took to be thorough, and the quick turn around to receive the report (later the same day). We especially liked the personal touch of providing an organizational folder for all our home repair documentation. Would definitely recommend this company!

    Home Inspection

    We found this company viva the web and read many reviews prior to hiring them. We were I on a tight deadline to close on my purchase and Accurate was great to work on our tight schedule. They completed the inspection well within the necessary time frame. We were very pleased with the detailed report that was presented to us at the end of the inspection. Our inspector was very diligent and we were very comfortable and satisfied with the level of expertise and service performed. I would recommend Accurate to anyone and definitely use them again.

    Home inspection

    Very professional and thorough with home inspection. Provided a detailed report with pictures which is very helpful. They were able to provide report next day. Thanks for the timely report at a great price.

    Home Inspection

    The inspector arrived on time, was very considerate, knowledgeable and thorough. No part of the home was overlooked. The comprehensive report was very detailed, clear and contained helpful photos and explanation. The inspector provided us with additional information on home energy efficiency and maintenance. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection.

    Condo Home Inspection

    My Realtor recommended Accurate Home Inspection for my recent condo purchase. I was on a tight deadline to close on my purchase and Accurate made sure I had all of my inspection qualifications completed well within the necessary time frame. The inspector efficiently facilitated the communication process and was very flexible to accommodate my my tight schedule. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the level of expertise and service performed.     Complete Home Inspection

    Overall Great Job! Prompt response to inspection request, clear and precise description of scope. Timely arrival for the inspection. Did a great job on inside and outside requirements. Inspection done on the roof was excellent. Report was clear and to the point with appropriate pics.

    Another Great Home Inspection

    Accurate has done another excellent home inspection for us. We are real estate investors and buy fairly often. Accurate does an excellent job of finding items that I miss or my contractors miss. They are very thorough and are not afraid of crawling around in the attic to give great detail in the report. On this inspection the inspector was very diligent and provided us with another detailed report. We rely on those reports many years after purchasing a property. We recently compiled a detailed report on future maintenance for all of our properties. We have used other home inspectors and we found the reports that Accurate has done for us to be far superior for information that we needed for this report. Accurate is my first choice for home inspectors and the one I refer to everyone that asks.

    condo home inspection

    Even with 10+ yrs working experience in architecture, I still found it extremely educational to shadow the inspector. Before the inspection I made a list of observations/concerns to discuss - at the end of the inspection I pulled out the list to ask my questions and it had turned out the inspector had already identified and commented on all of the items .. before I even asked! The inspector was very knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of the property. I have already recommended the company to 2 other people.

    Home Inspection

    After reading reviews of Accurate Home Inspection, I decided to call and request a quote. The person who answered was polite and very helpful and luckily they had an opening for the following morning to do an inspection on my potential new home. I was greeted by a friendly inspector the next morning who had arrived before myself and had already started looking at the home prior to our start time. Throughout the 2.5-3 hr time frame of the inspection my questions were answered promptly and with detail. Suggestions were made for any minor improvements that may not fall under the serious isssues that needed to be addressed ,which is appreciated. After the inspection we reviewed the details of the report and my questions were all answered with great detail. A few hours after i received the email with pictures going over the issues we found and other suggestions, again. All in all the experience was excellent and i have and will in the future recommend this company to anyone looking for an inspection (Including myself). GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

    Home Inspection

    The inspector was very professional and so very thorough. I've had home inspections before but never to this extent. The inspector explained all that was being checked and the findings as we went thru the house. Having this home inspection done was the best $500 we sent. It saved us thousands of dollars in repairs we would have had to do if we had not had it done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
