    Home Inspection

    This was my first time buying a house and having an inspection. I was very impressed with the inspector, they were able to go through the house and explain what they were seeing and why it was important to know about it. For example the importance of various ways to maintain the house or what needs addressing sooner rather than later. As a whole it was a quick and easy process from setting up the appointment to the follow through afterwards.

    Town House Inspection

    Accurate Home Inspection arrived on time and I was satisfied with the home inspection. Several issues were noted that were important to fix prior to taking possession of the home. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    Contacted office and set up appointment for home inspection. Very easy to deal with. Inspector was on time, personable and very knowledgeable. Invited me and actually encouraged me to shadow him throughout entire inspection. Explained and pointed out all areas of concern, and added suggestions for fixing up minor flaws. Report was sent within hours of inspection, detailed with lots of photos. Inspector also left his card in case I needed some clarification down the line. Great service and will use again.

    Home inspection

    Home inspection

    This home inspection company was great! They were very responsive and able to help me close quickly in a competitive market segment. The inspector was very organized and communicated the important details clearly and in a timely fashion. The report was detailed and provided excellent peace of mind by allowing me to understand what to expect from the house. The inspector picked out a couple of items that I would have missed and provided helpful advice on ongoing maintenance. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection.

    Mahogany Home Inspection

    Thorough and professional. They walked me through everything and the report echoed the detail. Efficient and reasonably priced. Good job!

    home inspection

    I just had my home inspected by Accurate Home Inspections, and am happy with their knowledge and professionalism. The inspector was personable and went over everything with me, making sure everything was clear and easy to understand. I would call them again if I need another inspection done down the road.

    Home Inspection

    Great experience from start to finish. Friendly service on booking the appointment. Inspector was very personable and took time to explain things to me (I am not a handyman). The full colour inspection report was emailed to me within 24 hours of the inspection. The report was very detailed and I'm using it as a checklist to take care of some important items now that I've moved into my new home. Would highly recommend dealing with this company.

    Home Inspection

    We decided to use Accurate Home Inspections after reading a ton of amazing reviews about them online and after 'interviewing' the owner. Right from the initial point of contact, it was clear AHI knows what they are doing. Amazing service and amazing job very well done. Not only was the inspection VERY thorough, but they also took the time to answer all of our questions and explain their findings. They made suggestions for repairs, maintainance and much more. professional and very experienced! These guys are the best.

    Condo inspection

    The inspector was very punctual and detail oriented and extremely professional I would use accurate home inspections always in the future and recommend them to everyone this was my first time getting a home inspection and had a commendable experience
