We've worked with a few home inspectors before but the inspector from Accurate Home Inspection is the most thorough we've seen. The inspector was punctual for the appointment and did not hesitate to go up on the roof to inspect the skylights and roof even though there was a bit of rain. Very thorough checks, great knowledge of all the household systems and great sense of humour too! We would recommend them to anyone.

Accurate Home Inspections inspectors were really thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. As this was my first home, i asked plenty of questions about regular maintenance and the inspector gave us solid tips. Highly recommend having your inspections done by them.

Accurate Home Inspection are amazing! they were prompt, thorough & were able to accommodate a short notice request. The inspector was very thorough - checked the integrity of the deck, the roof, wood burning fire places, chimneys, electrical, checked for water leakage, checked the attic, furnace - at the end there wasn't anything I could have asked more. The inspector then went over all there findings and gave me a clear picture of issues. They presented me with a report that showed all the issues, how to fix them, and a rating of concern. The report is a wonderful tool to use, to fix all potential issues & keep in a file with receipts of repairs to show to the next potential buyer. Great job Accurate, will definitely use you again.

Our inspector was very good. Completed a through inspection of the entire condo and provided a detailed report showing us not only repair areas, but also how to ensure ongoing maintenance to get the most out of our new condo.

Great home inspection. The inspector was very thorough, and identified several concerns that were missed by a previous inspection from a different company. The inspector was detailed and was sure to explain all concerns and required remediations. The following report was detailed and provided enough information to detail all of the findings as well as be easy to follow. I will absolutely use accurate again, and would recommend them to others.

Inspectors were though and professional. They explained everything at the time and sent a detailed report immediately after. The pictures included in the report are a great asset. A great experience. Very friendly. Would highly recommend.

The inspector was very thorough and explained everything in layman terms so we knew what they were talking about :) they took the time to sit and explain what they were there to do.... Not to nitpick the little cosmetic things but the structural stuff that we couldn't see or even thing of looking at ourselves. The report came to us the day after and it was very easy to follow with the recommendation of what we should take care of first. We are very satisfied with the service and will recommend this company!

Great Service. It was easy and quick to book a convenient time. The home inspection was thorough and the report detailed. Having two inspectors involved in the process meant that I had a quality, electronic report on the spot. Adequate time was taken to explain each of the items on the report and all my questions were answered. A small detail, given verbally, was not included in the report but a quick email rectified the situation in just a matter of a few minutes.
