    Home Inspection

    I found Accurate Home Inspections on the Home Stars site and was very impressed with the high rating they had and I was not disappointed. The inspector knew what they were doing and was incredibly thorough going through our new home as well as professional and friendly. The inspection was done very systematically and the inspector was great at explaining what things meant, what solutions were needed and what was important vs minor aesthetic issues. The report was emailed to us the very same day, was of exceptionally high quality and easy to read/understand. I would highly recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone who wants to get a high quality home inspection done!

    First time home buyer

    I am I first time homebuyer, making myself very new to the realestate market so I was nervous placing an offer on a house but using accurate home inspection eased my mind on the worry of buying a bad house! They send emails of tips and tricks to keeping your energy bills down as well any of your home appliances having any type of recalls. The report walks you through the house with things you would never look at normally as well what things to do or look at doing once in the house or any house! When I end up on the housing market again I will definitely be calling to have the next house inspected by accurate home inspection again!

    Home inspection

    They were very knowledgeable, professional and the tag team of preparing the report at the same time made it very quick. I felt very confident in my decision to purchase. They even helped us out via email/text on a Sunday! I highly recommend them.

    Home Inspection

    I selected Accurate Home Inspection based on HomeStars reviews and was not disappointed. The inspector was very knowledgeable and provided detailed picture of our home. The inspector took the time to go through everything and provided copies of all the notes. I definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection.

    Home inspection

    The inspector was punctual and very thorough. I wish I could take this person with me to inspect the home we buy in BC. We appreciated that she took the time to explain the deficiencies and how we should go about correcting them before selling our home. I would definitely recommend this inspection company.

    Home Inspection

    Accurate Home Inspections provided a fast, but thorough home inspection. They provided a lot of useful information for a first time home buyer for continued upkeep. For items requiring further investigation on our part, they were happy to provide prompt prompt follow-up. I would definitely recommend to others.

    Home Inspection

    The inspectors from Accurate Home Inspection were very professional and knowledgable. Their report was honest & thorough and was provided to us in a very timely fashion. I feel more confident about our house purchase knowing we had Accurate complete our home inspection and would recommend using them to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    The inspectors were friendly, professional, thorough and helpful. The report was returned in a timely fashion and it was very detailed and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

    Home inspection

    I will highly recommend homestars to my family and friends. The inspector explained everything so well. They are very punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and took his time to inspect the home.

    Home Inspections

    The inspector was very efficient yet thorough. The inspector was very knowledgeable and spotted lots of things we would have missed. The inspector was very good at explaining what should be fixed and by whom. The best part was that the inspector spotted some issues with the plumbing to which the seller quickly repaired. The inspector came back free of charge to take a second look to make sure the work was acceptable. Great experience and I would highly recommend them again!
