    Home Inspection

    They were fine. However, they aren't very good at responding to emails. The report was detailed and no real other complaints. No better than other inspectors I've used in the past.

    Home Inspection

    Accurate Home Inspection did a superb job on our home inspection a couple weeks ago. The 2 inspectors arrived on time, and did a very thorough job in about 3 hours. One inspector reviewed the home starting from outside-top-main-basement, and the other created the report, which was ready as soon as the job was done. We were very happy with the report, which gives us a good to-do list for our new home. Thanks!!!

    Home Inspection

    I would highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections for your home inspection! They provided a quick turnaround, following a very thorough review of the home. They picked up on numerous issues, some of which we knew and others we didn't, and also confirmed our "new home" was definitely structurally sound! They were a wealth of knowledge, and we felt confident in the information the inspectors gave, providing us with the peace of mind to complete our house deal and move forward. They also went above and beyond to provide the "little extras" that make this investment worthwhile! Thank you Accurate Home Inspections!

    Home inspection

    The inspector was thorough and explained everything in layman's terms. We were provided with a clear and detailed summary of the inspector's results and a one year 'question and answer' period after we move into our place, which I'm sure we will take advantage of!

    Home Inspection

    The inspector was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. We were also pleased with the turnaround time of the report. The inspection found two home flaws that we were able to deal with prior to purchase; this alone paid for the inspection! However, we also gained confidence that there were no other major issues, and we learned about some extra features of the home and got some maintenance tips, too. We would definitely use them again.

    Service

    This is our first home inspection, and we are glad that we picked Accurate Home Inspections. The inspectors are very professional, they thoroughly checked every details of the house, they used professional tools to assist their inspection. I tagged along the inspector and I asked lots of questions, the inspector patiently answered all questions with extra useful tips, and I learned a lot. They produced the report quickly, but it is very detailed, it included all the findings throughout the house with actual pictures to proof the findings. The entire process from booking the inspection to receiving the report was very smooth, and I will definitely call them if I need another inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    Fabulous home inspectors! Punctual, honest, extremely knowledgeable (through experience), detail oriented and excellent communicators. The inspectors were able to find all the visual deficiencies and help us understand what was normal, abnormal, minor or major. We felt extremely comfortable through the entire process and were very satisfied with the short turnaround time on the report. The report was thorough and easy to understand. The ease of the entire transaction was wonderful. Love the paperless initiative!

    Condo Inspection

    The inspector was knowledgable, punctual, friendly and efficient in their work. I would use their services again when the time comes. I think the price was fair, and I enjoyed the complimentary document binder that came with the service.

    Year End Inspectioin

    Accurate Home did my home inspection for $450 plus GST. They are trust worthy. She was very knowledgeable and took the photos of everything. Report is very easy to read and understanding, especially with the photo documentation. She was very cooperative and clarified all the questions and doubt i had. I would highly recommend her in social circle.
