    Home Inspection

    Terra provided a friendly and very professional service, timely and efficient, she explained the process and walked us through the findings and recommendations. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a home inspection.

    Professional, courteous and pays attention to details!

    Terra was phenomenal to deal with! From the get go, she clearly outlined what to expect with her inspections and described how best to take in the report. When we met on-site, Terra guided us through everything and encouraged us to ask questions as they come up. She even wanted us to follow her around the house to review things with her and made lots of welcomed suggestions on maintenance and usage. What also blew me away was her immaculate attention to detail; she spent the extra effort to label pipes, panels and outlets in the mechanical room, along with operation tips and suggestions. Terra was very professional and wicked to work with! I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Terra was absolutely awesome to deal with. She took the time to answer any questions I had and was very informative. Her inspection uncovered a required substantial repair in the home that was not readily noticeable when I looked at the house. Thanks Terra, money well spent.

    Home inspection

    I have nothing but great things to say about this home inspector. They were one of the only ones in the city that was able to take my call on a weekend evening, and was able to accommodate an incredibly fast turnaround (less than 48 hours after I called them), which is so important in Calgary's current real estate market, with condition dates being so competitive. The inspection was thorough, and the inspector took the time to explain in detail every section of the report. They went above and beyond to leave stickers and notes in the furnace room to serve as reminders and references to the report. I also love that they request an optional food item donation to the food bank. I think that is a wonderful way to run your business All in all, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they left me feeling confident and secure about the state of the home that we purchased.

    New home inspection

    Terra was an amazing inspector. I purchased a new home and she was completely thorough locating a number of items missed by the builder. I worked highly recommended her to anyone requiring an inspection. Thank you Terra.

    Townhouse Condo Inspection

    My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the high quality, professional report that was provided to us on the same day that the inspection was conducted. Terra was more than happy to answer our questions throughout and we learned a lot about the property we are in the process of purchasing. Surprise leave-behinds included a handy set of tip sheets, a filing packet for home-related items, a tape measure, and stickers/flags to indicate the shut-offs, etc. for the hot water tank, the main water line and the furnace. Super handy! The report itself was highly informative and we are confident that she highlighted everything that is important for our buying decision. Thanks, Terra!

    First time home buyer inspection

    Terra was an absolute gem to deal with. She set all the expectations right from the beginning. She explains shes not there to nitpick but to find major problems with the house. She also explained maintenance items that should be addressed when you move in, as well as provided a list of common maintenance items and a brochure of costs and renovations for home buyers. Its evident she knows exactly what shes doing and does it really well.

    Home inspection

    Terra was fantastic. She was thorough and very informative on everything she went through. We appreciated having stickers labels as well as we are first time home buyers and having that extra layer was nice. We would highly recommend Terra.

    Century home inspection

    Terra performed a thorough inspection of a 120 year old character home. We went over the house in a few passes focusing on different topics. Tara has a depth of knowledge about how houses are built, maintained, and age. She knows what can fail and what to look for. Anyone can point at the grey hairs on a century home, but Tara helped me understand where I should focus my effort (and money!) on restoration and upkeep. After the inspection she went through it with me again discussing the major points, and then the final report included photos and more considerations. Overall a very professional, organized, and educational experience.
