    Condo Inspection

    Terra was kind, thorough, and informative. As a first-time buyer I was really nervous about making sure I had a thorough inspection performed and Terra did not did disappoint. I am so glad that I chose Accurate to do my inspection and willy highly recommend Terra to anyone who asks!

    Great home inspection

    Terra did a thorough job inspecting an older home that we purchased. Her report was detailed and clear and she spent extra time after the fact to go through any questions we had over the phone. Would recommend.

    Excellent Experience

    Terra was prompt and efficient. She encouraged us to walk with her through the inspection, provided answers to our questions and additional details through out the house. Upon completion of the inspection, she sat with us to review some of the key points and again offered us the opportunity to ask any questions. The final report is very details, supported with photos and recommendations. We would highly recommend Terra for a house inspection.

    Home inspection

    Terra was extremely professional and also very knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly so we had full understanding of her work and results. And thankfully we went with a home inspection as we found a significant leak that had gone unnoticed previously. Highly recommend.

    Home Inspection

    Terra provided the most thorough home inspection Ive ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed. Would recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone.

    Condo evaluation

    Friendly, provided a thorough report, professional, knowledgeable, explained her process and details of her inspection as she went throughout the house. I would recommend her to anybody who need a home inspection done

    Home Inspection

    Accurate Home Inspections was terrific. Terra invited us along for the inspection! This is not a service that many home inspectors provide. She was concise, direct, and educational. It was great having a professional be open to answering all our questions in real time. Her experience is a huge asset. And the report we received was well organized, and easily readable. My wife and I felt great going on this adventure with Terra for what will be our new home.

    Very professional inspection report with instructions

    Terra did fantastic job with checking the every single detail in the house. Her way of writing report is very professional with good insight information and advises. I will keep her wonderful report for reference when it comes to taking care of my house.

    Multifamily inspection

    I googled highly rated inspectors and came across Accurate Home Inspection. We are so lucky to have met Terra. She is actually what other satisfied customers say about her. She is very thorough. Our realtor was even surprised why Terra is so welcoming for us to join her as she is actually doing the inspection and asking questions along the way. Our realtor mentioned not all inspectors do that since they feel prospective buyers tagging along and asking several questions could drag the time. But Terra is awesome and patient. She was punctual both on the actual inspection and in the delivery of her report. She is very knowledgeable more importantly! Note that this is out of town inspection and Terra was negotiable. The competitive price is cherry on top. Thanks so much Accurate Home Inspection.
