    Excellent Inspection

    Home inspection done by Terri was absolutely top-notch!! She took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, clearly and patiently Moreover, the report was super detailed full of recommendations on what needs immediate care and what we should keep on monitoring in the future. She also provided on call service even during weekend. Terri is very friendly, courteous, detail-oriented and efficient that it's hard not to give her a five-star review!!

    House Inspection

    Terra provided my husband and I an extremely professional, informed, detailed & thorough house inspection on our new home, and we were immensely impressed at her experience and depth of knowledge of all systems & functions within the workings of house! During the inspection, she subsequently outlined & documented any items requiring improvement & updating, and also how to properly provide regular home maintenance on each item & system, and I learned so much more on how to optimally & proactively care for our new home! Her inspection report also includes corresponding links within each area to assist in further reading/learning more about each specific area. She inspected the house inside and out, the surrounding, and top to the very bottom. Thank you so much Terra, we know we had the BEST house inspector we could possibly get for our new home, and would HIGHLY recommend you to everyone, without hesitation!!

    Condo home inspection

    Thanks to Terra for our condo home inspection. Terra was responsive to all my calls inquiring about scheduling a home inspection, including having to cancel one. She was professional in all of these calls and at the home during the inspection. She came on time, was friendly and answered all of our questions and involved us in the inspection. She was very forward about the limitations of a condo inspection and its implications. Her report was provided extremely timely in order for us to make a timely decision on how to proceed with our sale. Thanks again, Terra.

    Home Inspection

    Terra was great! On time, personable, explained what she was going to do, asked me about concerns issues and during her inspection addressed them with me and taught me about what are normal in the house relating too the warm and cold weather. She answered all my questions regarding furnace humidifier, windows, electricity, and repair.. Explained the warranty, and did thermal imaging. Cant wait to see the report!

    Quick Turnaround and Above Expectations Home Inspection

    We were in quite the pinch to get our home inspection completed and with only two days notice Terra was able to book us in. She did a very thorough home inspection on both sides of the duplex we are purchasing and also providing lots of new homeowner tips and ideas for fixes along the way. We absolutely love the new homeowner folder she provided with as well with many great resources!

    New Home Inspection

    We received great service from Terra. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us with our 11-month inspection and provided us with a good information which made us understand some of the issues we were having with our home. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Terra to anyone needing a home inspection.

    Home inspection

    Hired Tera to do an inspection on our new home. She was extremely thorough and provided many helpful tips for new homeowners. Explained what she was looking for and how to maintain appliances. Knowledgeable on all different types of appliances, provided labels to help with efficiency throughout the house. On top of that she is very personable and approachable, did not feel silly asking any and all types of questions. Would definitely use again in the future and recommend to any other home buyer.
