I would certainly recommend Accurate Home Inspections again. The inspectors are very knowledgeable and thorough. Answered all questions that were asked. Had a previous home inspection with another company, they missed a lot of points that Accurate Home Inspections picked up.

The home inspectors were professional and competent . They provided us with the knowledge and understanding in either selling or purchasing a home . It was extremely helpful as we toured around a home with the inspector providing important information regarding all the mechanics of a house.

Great! I'm a red seal carpenter. The inspector showed up....And they were also a red seal carpenter ( an accreditation much more important than any kind of 'home inspector license'. However, they were also licensed as home inspectors!! The owner of the house....had also used accurate when he bought the house 2 years ago. Get an inspection. Get it with these guys

Inspector was right on time and was extremely friendly. We received an in-depth explanation, before the inspection started, of what they were looking for and what they were not looking for. As we went through the entire outside and inside of the property, the inspector gave very detailed explanations of what we were looking for, why we were looking for those things and even how issues could be corrected. Very pleased with this company, as was our Realtor who recommended the inspector for other jobs before we even left the site. Would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking to get a home inspection done.
