We had a quick closing on a property we eventually purchased and called Accurate to provide home inspection of the property. The inspector was very throrough and provided us with plenty of information about the property at the time of the inspection as well as in detail in the final report. We were extremely happy with the service provided by Accurate Home Inspection and would gladly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a home with peace of mind that the property has been looked at with knowledgeable eyes.

We had a fantastic experience with Accurate. The inspector was on-time and understood older houses and that they don't meet today's codes. They pointed out areas where codes are not to today's building standards, but also acknowledged that we were willing to live with steeper hand carved woodworked stairs and other character items in the 100 year old house. We got a truthful and honest assessment of the upkeep and what to tackle and when. When we went to sell our other home of a similar vintage the house inspector for the buyers was so poorly informed about older homes and completely scared off the buyers with a doom and gloom approach to our home. Wish they had hired Accurate and maybe the sale would have gone through with an accurate assessment of what it means to own an older home.

I would highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections in Calgary. The inspector was prompt, courteous and very professional. All of questions were skillfully answered. It was important to spend the time going through the entire house in an orderly fashion to make sure the home we were buying had no hidden surprises. Very soon after our appointment we received a detailed summary of the inspection and suggestions for follow-up. The inspector was great. Found many of the hidden issues with the home that I needed to be aware of and provided me with photos and detailed explanations of each. I will definitely use them again for my next home purchase.

After calling around and speaking with different home inspectors I decided to go with Accurate inspectors based on price and knowledge displayed over the phone. My inspector arrived and spent approximately five hours going through my house with me (top to bottom), including electrical, plumbing, roof, furnace, insulation, possible upgrades etc. I was very impressed by the amount of knowledge that my inspector displayed and how thorough the inspection was. Additionally, the inspector was able to offer insight into ballpark estimates of upgrades that needed to be done, allowing a better perspective on severity. I found this person very easy to deal with, ready to answer any questions that I had in regard to the inspection. I'd recommend this person to anyone and give the service an A++ rating.
