The inspector came and did a fantastic job making us aware of any potential issues or maintenance that might be needed, as well as helpful tips for a first-time home buyer. Very friendly and professional, we are extremely happy with the service provided.

Accurate Home Inspections provided a thorough, in-depth report regarding all aspects of our home; inside and out. The report included; photos, diagrams, and recommendations. The Inspector was punctual, professional and knowledgeable; answered all questions/concerns and provided worthwhile maintenance tips. I've contacted Accurate Home Inspections because they were cheaper than anybody else and the inspector was very friendly and polite on the phone and answered all my questions. He seemed to care about my business. The inspector was there on time and it was something important to me. He really knew what he was doing. Super professional and knowledgeable. When I received the inspection report I was suprised how detailed and easy to understand it was. There was also pictures of my actual house showing where the problem was. The home inspector was referred by my wife's cousin. The inspector inspected the whole house professionally and answered all my questions with great details. The home inspector provided the report as promised and also gave me a lot of document regarding maintenance. Great job.

I was totally impressed with the home inspector that came out to look at the house I had conditionally purchased. The inspector was thorough, and explained everything they found in 'laymans' terms that I could understand. I was left feeling completely satisfied that I would have no big surprises! When they say it will take 2 hours, it takes the full 2 hours! Would definitely recommend this company and this inspector to all I know!

The inspector was very meticulous and thorough and inspected the house from top to bottom in a very professional manner. The inspector discussed the findings as we went along and provided a complete debriefing at the end of the inspection prior to issuing a report. Lots of friendly helpful suggestions and tips were provided along the way.

Everything with accurate home inspections seemed to be just that, accurate. This is until our contractor informed us that our insulation did not meet city codes after the deal for the house was complete. Looking back to our report given to us by the home inspector lady, she said that we have R12 Insulation in the basement and that it was not visible. The basement is undeveloped, the insulation code was easy to find once it was pointed out to us, and it is actually only R8. A true professional would have noticed this is a minute. Because she did not note this and we did not find out until after the sale, we are out $1400 to replace the insulation to meet the city guidelines. The report seems to be recycled for each client. Fill in the new name, take some pictures and for the most part it is done. The report was not written properly as mention our insulation is very visible, where as she stated that it was not visible. Make sure that you go over everything and check it for yourself, regardless of who you go with. She has now left more questions in our minds, we can't help but wonder, did she miss anything else.
