Our technicial came with a terrific background....a journeyman carperter, lots of experience in renos, roofing, even log home construction. While our home being inspected is only 9 years old the technician still took the time to check all important areas of possible concern.........both outside and inside the home. What I most appreciated were all the helpful little tips she provided, both verbal and printed, that will ensure that we will enjoy our new home for many years to come. The Inspector was very thorough and because of what was found we saved ourselves from a purchasing a home that was a former grow op that was not disclosed to us. The Inspector took the time to explain and answer all our questions and the detailed easy to read report arrived the next day.

I believe it is in our nature to be very cautious about hiring an inspector, and I can honestly say that I am glad that I listened to the glowing reviews about accurate home inspections and and hired their inspctor. We went thorough every part of the house and property in detail together. I was provided with information about existing problems and how to remedy those problems.
