From start to finish the entire home inspection process was made to be a pleasant experience thanks to the inspector. Whether it was the flexibility in their schedule, or the wealth of knowledge in the home inspection process, I can't say enough positive things about the process. Highly recommended .

We have nothing but great things to say about the company and the inspector. The inspector was knowledgable in all aspects, and explained things to us very well. This was our first inspection ever so we have nothing and no one to compare it to but from the level of service we had received from the inspector, we would have no problem recommending this company. The home inspector was flexible with their schedule, allowing me to change my appointment at very late notice due to a mortgage financing issue, and by starting the inspection at 4:30 PM, allowing me to attend the inspection after my work day. Although I was not present while the inspector was performing the inspection the process appeared thorough based on the findings presented to me while walking through the results with me. The inspector provided us with many recommendations related both to the findings of the inspection and general maintenance of homes that I am sure will be useful to us during this unfamiliar time. Overall we were very pleased with our choice in inspector.

I know a lot of people waive home inspections on a new home, but we decided that we wanted to do one for extra piece of mind since were buying a spec home. I'm glad we did end up doing the inspection, because there are a number of things that we likely wouldn't have picked up on ourselves (for example not enough insullation in the attic). The inspector did a very thorough job of inspecting the home - pointing out not only the deficencies that needed to be addressed, but also the good points about the construction. I was very happy with the value of the inspection.

I was uncertain what to expect with my first home purchase. I was advised to have an expection done and was I glad I did. The first home I looked at was a disaster that would have been very costly to repair. The inspector was very thorough and even more accomodating when I had concerns with a piece of wood that needed attention. My next home purchase will definately include Accurate Home Inspections

We had our potential purchase, a 99 year old "fixer-upper", inspected by Accurate. This is our first home buying experience and we were delighted that we were working with someone who genuinely wanted to help us make the most informed decision possible. Our first pleasant surprise was the home inspector provided us with a file folder containing useful and helpful information as well as a place to store all the information concerning our first home purchase. With the home's age and from our walkthroughs, we knew there was work to be done but we had no idea how much until our inspector took the time to look over the house in detail. They took the time to explain what were the areas of concern and answered all our questions. The inspector even crawled up into the attic and check down the walls to see what condition the insulation was in! We are grateful for the thoroughness and consideration our inspector took in looking at our new home and have already recommended them to our friends.
