    Replacement of eavestroughs, including leaf filters

    Our eaves troughs were replaced and leaf filters were installed. The crew did a great job. I used Roof on Homes two years ago to replace our roof, and was very happy with the work, so I got them to quote on the eaves. Their price was competitive, so it was a pretty easy decision to get them to do the eaves, as they had already done quality work on our roof. I would definitely recommend Roof on Homes.

    Excellent process, work and value

    After getting 4 quotes I was very impressed with Danny who took the time to answer all questions in a detailed and prompt manner. I noticed they were also well reviewed with Certainteed as a 'shinglemaster'. I didn't want the cheapest, I wanted quality and value. That's what I got. Here is the service I received: 1. Detailed and itemized quote including overhead diagrams 2. Options and recommendations provided to meet my needs (I wanted a top quality roof for my forever home) 3. Thoroughly explained the process and what to expect day of 4. Went in my attic to inspect ventilation, baffles and plywood; took pictures to show the soffit openings and help us choose among other things vent type and location (Maximum 301) 5. Tony and the crew worked hard on the hottest two days (40+ degrees) this year and took the required time to complete the job right. 6. Good clean up each day including neighbours yards. 7. Very well coordinated drop off and pick up of garbage bin & products. 8. Many neighbours have complimented the roof 9. I identified a small cosmetic item I wanted fixed, and guys were here the next day to inspect and resolve. I wouldn't hesitate to use Roofs on Homes again.

    New roof & 4 skylights

    Roofs on Homes is a star example of what a professional trade company can be. From start to finish, Danny made the process seamless through proactive communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, professional team & more. I can be a demanding customer but each time Danny exceeded my expectations. He truly wants the customer to be happy and really goes above and beyond to make it happen. I can't recommend he & his team enough. They are the real deal.

    Avoid the nightmare. Go with quality work

    Arrived early with a receptacle placed in the driveway by 7:30am and first worker on site. I was away for the day but I had multiple neighbours come over and tell me they were completely impressed with the crew and the professional job theyd done, and these neighbours had just had their roofs done recently, so they had something to compare it to. Theyd tarped aound the house and added boards to direct any falling debris away from our windows and doors, and clean up was impeccable. Theyd even asked neighbours on both sides if they could check for any scrap or nails in their yards. I came home to a clean site, quality job and the aforementioned rave reviews from my neighbours. Top marks for Dan and his crew.

    Roof Segment Replacement and Flashing

    I hired Roofs On Homes to replace a segment of flat roof that had been done improperly by someone else. Chuck came out to provide the estimate, and at the same time, at my request he inspected the surrounding area for other defects. He laid out a pretty comprehensive plan for addressing all the issues. The crew were able to start within around 2 weeks. They replaced the bad segment with wrap, board and adhesive membrane, and repaired multiple flashing and gutter issues I had in the surrounding roof. I expressed interest in the process and Chuck took time to explain the various methods and repairs as they worked. During work they found some rotted areas and defects that unfortunately required additional cost, but the repairs to those spots now looks significantly better than what was replaced. Since the work was completed we've had 3 rains, 1 of them heavy, and everything looks to be working exactly like it's supposed to. The only gripe I have is that a fair bit of construction debris ended up getting scattered around my property and even after cleanup I'm still finding chunks, but that's it really. Overall, I'm pretty darn satisfied.

    Excellent quick service

    Thanks to Roofs on Homes for the excellent service. Painless quoting process, fast efficient team that completed the job quickly, and a job manager that checked the site for cleanliness and nail pick up. Also reasonable on the pricing.

    As an ex homebuilder I readily assess the quality of trades. The performance of Roofs On Homes was a marvel of coordination of a team of seven , all visibly dedicated to perfection. Perfect job.

    New Roof and Vents

    Danny sent us emails with brochures and descriptions of his company and the products he was using. Danny came by to inspect our current roof and patiently answered any questions we had. His quote was sent electronically and well itemized. (NOT a pre-printed form with ticked boxes and blanks filled in with scribbles!). Danny promptly replied by phone or email to any follow-up questions. On the day of the job Tony and his team arrived on time and covered our flower beds and deck with tarps before starting. Tony kept us abreast of progress and the job was completed in one day and the roof looks great! Thanks Danny and Tony and crew.

    Amazing Company

    Our roof was only a year old but for some reason, still leaking. Our original roofer could not seem to figure out the problem. Desperate for a solution, we decided to get a second opinion from Roofs on Homes. Danny and his team showed up and assessed the problem right away. They fixed the problem and even took pictures and videos of the roof to show me what was wrong. We have not had a problem with the roof since Roofs on Homes came and fixed it. Massive shout out to Chuck who kept us informed the entire time and made sure the job was done right. I can't thank this company enough for the work they did and the professionalism they showed. Special shout outs go to Chuck, who was always present and made sure to answer all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Roofs on Homes!

    Roof + Downspout

    Outstanding work, outstanding service, outstanding efficiency and outstanding communications/interaction. Danny and his team are absolutely fantastic. They pay attention to details and are delightful to work with. I recommend them without any hesitation. Excellent people and amazing job!!!
