    Front Porch/Roofing replacement

    Needed a rotten wooden porch/awning that protects the front door replacing. Danny was quick to respond and gave a competitive quote promptly. A week later his guys were on site doing the work and with no fuss they did a great job with the new structure and asphalt, even improving the design with a slightly sloped roof to stop future water pooling and rotting the new porch. Highly recommend

    Happy Roof

    Wife found them on Homestarts with good reviews. Their office responded right away and told me Rich would be contacting me to schedule an estimate. Rich called, and showed up when promised. In fact the whole process was very punctual. I was impressed. They were patient when they had to explain things to me and their work looks good. Got a few upgrades, and I feel good about the roof above my family. The whole process was painless, and clear.

    We got a brand new roof, and it looks fantastic!

    Roofs On Homes did a fantastic job installing a new roof on our home. The people in the company have been a joy to talk to, and they showed concern with any and all issues we had with our old roof, always coming back to us with good, solid solutions. They even helped with a few extra, outside repair issues that needed doing, and expertly fixed those too. Marie, in the office, initially sent us two very informative emails, containing all of the essential documentation which one might expect from a professional company, such as insurance documentation, CertainTeed and Shingler certificates, etc., as well as all the information that we would need, in order to learn about a proper 3 and 4-star CertainTeed roof installation with Landmark Pro shingles. Danny and Tony, along with their crew were always polite, fun to talk to, and were ever prompt when they needed to come to our home, whether it be for the initial inspections, or the day of the new roof installation. Danny also listened to our concerns about certain areas of our old roof, and had his crew make excellent repairs/enhancements in order to overcome any deficiencies that our roof had. They did a wonderful job installing our new roof based on the 4-star CertainTeed requirements, and with our new Landmark Pro shingles, it looks wonderful. Their crew worked smoothly, and got the job done in one day, and did a great job cleaning up the surrounding property afterwards. This is indeed the last roof we will ever need! My wife and I have no problem with recommending Roofs On Homes to anyone who wants an expertly installed roof done at a competitive price.     Recent roof replacement

    Over the past decade we have used Roofs on Homes to replace a leaky flat roof over our back patio, replace the gutters on the house, and most recently replace the entire roof on our house. Each time we have found them to be very responsive to our questions, taking the time to explain the various options available. Our roof replacement was scheduled within a couple of weeks and the work was completed in a single day. They turned up on time, performed the work efficiently, and made sure that all debris was removed at the end of the day. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again for any roof related works and have recommended them to friends and neighbours.

    Flat Roof Install, Skylight repoacement, Eavestrough replacement

    Danny, Chuck, Norm, Marie. These are good people who give quality service and work! Courteous, respectful, truthful -my direct experience, not just an opinion.     New roof

    We contacted several companies for quotes before redoing our roof. Dannys team was very pleasant to work with. He came to inspect our roof and provided a very detailed quote of the work plan. When we called him to inquire about whether we needed to upgrade our ventilation, Danny came back a second time to inspect our attic and determined that it was in good shape and we didnt need an upgrade. He was very knowledgeable and honest which we appreciated. On the day of, Dannys team arrived on time and began working right away. They were very careful to protect our property and that of our neighbours. They were also very communicative and kept us updated with progress throughout the day. They even noticed that we were missing a vent on the roof and we realized one of our bathrooms was venting into the attic and not through the roof. Dannys team got our approval to remedy this issue. They finished the same day and made sure they cleaned up the property. I truly believe that the key to finding a good contractor is not whether everything goes perfectly but how they respond when things arise. For example, when the bin was being removed from our driveway, the worker accidentally damaged it a bit. He promptly informed Danny who called us and told us someone would come by to fix the damage. Our driveway was fixed within a week. Danny was also very kind to waive the cost of installing the bathroom vent for us, which we were completely taken aback by but so appreciated his kindness and customer service. We also had a section of flashing that wasnt secured against the brick (but it was more cosmetic than anything), and Danny sent someone by to come fix it. His responsiveness never waned after the job was done and he was paid. Were very happy with the quality and workmanship of Dannys team. We definitely recommend Roofs on Homes to anyone looking to redo their roof. They werent the cheapest quote we got but quality was more important to us than anything.

    Great new roof and eavestrough system

    I chose Roof on Homes Inc. after asking dozen different contractors on Homestars.com. Their quote was reasonable compare to others, and they do both roof and eavestrough, so I can deal only one contractor. I contacted Danny in late May, and workers arrived and installed new roof 4 weeks later. They installed new eavestrough system 3 weeks afterward. I am greatly satisfied with their service quality and project speed, and will recommend to others if someone asks me for roofing and eavetrough installation.

    Roof replacement

    This is the 2nd job Roof on Homes completed for us. The first one was a minor roof repair above a bay window. This job was a complete replacement of our very steep roof. Danny was excellent to work with. He is an effective communicator and very responsive. Danny came to our home on a few occassions prior to the project starting to help us troubleshoot a room in our home that gets very hot in the summer/cold in the winter. He offered some solutions for us and took the time to explain them. Danny patiently answered my questions prior to the start of the project. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently through hot July weather and a surprise rain shower. They were pleasant and accommodating of our need to get our puppy and a toddler outside during the project. At the end of each work day, Danny sent an update of the day's work and the plan for the next day. When the project was finished, they cleaned up everything. We have received compliments on our new roof. I would recommend Roofs on Homes without hesitation! You won't be disappointed.
