Had our entire roof, soffit fascia and eaves system replaced. Danny and Manny were excellent to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable in answering numerous questions/concerns. Danny offered very good customer experience. He was very responsive and helpful in discussing different options with us. Also really appreciate him for accommodating our requests. The crew was very efficient, thorough and organized. They really know what they are doing. When the job was completed they did an amazing job cleaning up. New roof looks great. Happy with the job done and would recommend Roofs on Homes to anyone.

Danny came promptly, identified the roof problem, sorted it out in record time. In summary, this is an excellent company and Danny did a great job. I will do business with them again!

UPDATE (first week of Feb, 2021) UPDATE: We had Roofs and Homes back for a 2nd engagement in the first week of February 2021, this time to tear down our old gutters, soffits and downspouts and completely replace them. We enthusiastically reiterate our 5-star review (I would go higher if Google allowed me) for Roofs on Homes and Danny A. and his expert crew. They arrived early, worked late and got the job done in 2 days. And yes - they meticulously cleaned up the work site before leaving. The final result is a professional-looking, major improvement on what we had before. What I particularly appreciated is that each day, they met me with at the start of the day, explained what they would accomplish, got the input they needed from me on any outstanding details, and then worked like men on a mission. To Anyone Looking for Roof Repairs, I was extremely happy with the thoroughness, honesty and job done by Danny from 'Roofs On Homes Inc'. Danny first examined the water leak area inside the home and then evaluated the roof and found the corresponding source of the problem. He presented what repairs needed to be done and completed the job on the same day as the visit, even guarantied his craftsmanship and work for one year. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated Danny's professionalism and honest work ethic. I had five different companies quote this job and the other four companies all over quoted the work that needed to be done. I am not even confident if the other four quotes to replacement or reinstallation the roofing would have even addressed the water leak issue as the source of the leak was near a chimney structure. I am very happy with the level knowledge, detail and sincere concern that Roofs On Homes Inc showed me and I will definitely call them again for my future roof repair concerns. It all started with an exceptional quoting experience. We were not sure what state our roof was in and Rich and Danny took care of business and it allowed me to earn their trust. Rich was great at explaining all aspects of their service. They use satellite imaging to get the most accurate estimates possible. For our skylight Danny went up on the roof to inspect before recommending a replacement. Also, he called out many important points to consider and happily explained the details and benefits of what was required such as baffles for airflow and the need for drip edge to name a few. The removal of the old sky light required a lot of preparation and the team took care of it very well. He also reconnected my kitchen exhaust with the proper materials that were not there before. During the job several wood sheets were old and rotting which was not expected. Danny and Team sourced the wood very fast and made sure to make all the repairs before laying down the new shingles. He took so many photos of the old roof as well to show me the damage since I was too chicken to climb the ladder. :) So after a long day, the roof has been installed. Clean up was very good and I inspected for nails surrounding my house and did not find any. The bin was removed on time the next day which was great. I highly recommend Roofs on Homes. I felt like I could really trust them and the result is true! Thank you so much for the great work!

I contacted Roofs on Homes to install exhaust vents and to repair a leaky roof along with a pair of chimneys. Initial inspection was scheduled and conducted within a week and actual work was completed the following week. There was still an issue with the leak afterward and they returned within days to fix it. Chuck identified the issue that remained and repaired it swiftly. He was a pro. Hopefully the leak is now fully resolved. Overall, I had a positive experience working with Danny and his team and would recommend their service to anyone in the market for roof work.

Roofs On Homes did an excellent job on replacing my roof with CertainTeed Landmark shingles. Rich and Danny thoroughly discussed with me about all aspects of the project and the job started as scheduled. In particular, I appreciate the information Rich provided about the requirements of the project to qualify for manufacturer's warranty. The garbage bin and the roof materials were delivered on site in perfect timing with the work, showing an efficient organization. Norm and his team finished the work in under seven hours on a rectangular hip roof of about 1500 sq.ft. and they left the place absolutely clean. The roof received minor upgrades to the fan ducts and a ridge vent instead of the traditional vents. The house looks great now with the new Atlantic Blue shingles. Pre-work: I decided to get my roof done and started my search for a good roofer. I did some homework on what to look for in a roofing job. The first roofing company I contacted was Roofs on Homes. Their office staff was friendly and arranged an appointment with Rich. Rich came on time and well prepared with materials, information about the company, insurance details, brands and colors to chose from. I was impressed with the professionalism of Rich in his first visit itself. Since this is a major work and also since I was not having good knowledge on roofing, I decided to take few more quotes. My inquiries were not limited to cost alone- I had a checklist for each roofer- about their company, website, reviews, brand of shingles they use, types of warranties provided, how is the after install service, what kind of estimate details they provide, WSIB, Liability insurance, referrals etc. While some companies gave satisfying answers on many of these factors, none gave me the confidence in answers like how Rich did. Install: I got a tentative date from Rich and he kept me informed and gave me enough heads up on the schedule. The bin was delivered on time, the staff arrived on time, shingles were delivered on time- everything was well organized. Every staff member worked on their defined roles (spreading the sheets on the perimeter of the house, keeping plywood to cover glass panels etc). It was a nice experience to watch a well organized full day effort from the entire team. Danny and Chuck were a part of the team and that gave me a lot more confidence. Rich visited during the work and kept in constant touch with me over the phone. Overall- great experience and I understood how much tough this work is. The day the work was completed a good clean up was done for the entire home surroundings and neighbourhood. A follow up cleaning was done next day to ensure there is nothing left out. Summary: If you are a customer like me who keeps quality of materials and quality of the roofer as top priority, you need someone like Roofs On Homes. The key highlights of Roofs On Homes, in my experience are 1. Sense of Ownership- right from Rich, Danny, Chuck, Office staff and the roofing staff- I see they take pride and ownership in what they do 2. Friendliness- Entire staff is very friendly and easy to work with- at all stages 3. Respect for Time- very important quality. All my appointments were scheduled well ahead of time and strictly followed by the team 4. High Quality standards- There is only one standard for Roofs On Homes. Quality of materials and Quality of workmanship- are very high for Roofs On Homes (Some other roofers I called will ask- what kind of quality you are looking for and I will price accordingly! That is a red flag to me.) 5. Knowledge in the Industry- Rich, Danny and Chuck have good knowledge on roofing and what it takes to get a good roof done. I started appreciating their knowledge after I completed my research with other roofers 6.
