    New Roof

    Amazing! Danny and his team were outstanding and delivered the project on time and the roof looks amazing. From the start of the process from getting quotes to the final installation, Danny made time to answer the many questions I had and to ensure I went with the option that would meet my needs. We went with Certainteed Landmark with Ridge vent and it looks amazing. The crew worked very hard, were very respectable, and kept the area clean. Thank you Danny and team. Derrick

    Complete roof replacement

    After extensive research, I have placed my trust in Roofs on Homes to replace the 130 years old slate roof on my three story house. The house has two domer windows, two chimneys, one gable vent and multiple valleys. When I first met Danny in persin he told me he was going to take care of me, and he really delivered! He took the time to assure me that all slates would be removed by hand and lowed to the ground in a bucket to minimize potential damage to my neighbor's property. Now back to the crew. Wow! I have never seen anyone working that hard in my life. They worked more than 12 hours a day for the entire week, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. On the second last day they identified issues with the inactive chimney and recommended removal to avoid future leaks. After the job is done, they thoroughly cleaned the site and all the garbage was removed in a timely manner. Thanks Danny! I would definitely recommend you to friends and family without hesitation.     New CertainTeed Roof with Ridge Vents

    Danny and crew did a great job installing a new CertainTeed roof with ridge vents on my gable roof plus 3 dormers, and vent for bathroom exhaust fan. Pre-sales communication with Danny was always very responsive and informative. The day of the install Danny and the crew showed up on time and prepped the grounds, moving my patio furniture, plants, and BBQ away from the house and laying down tarps. The install itself went very smoothly, and Danny checked in with me several times during the project to get my views on various things, including replacing some damaged plywood and proposing a novel approach to deal with the gutter guards. The clean-up was thorough and very well done, no debris left whatsoever. Overall, roof looks fantastic - the crew led by Danny did a fabulous job on a very hot summer day!

    Roof Replacement

    Richard spent a lot of time with us going over the options and the overall quote. We felt very comfortable with him. They booked us in quite quickly, showed up on time on the agreed upon day - in fact Danny was here a half hour early to introduce himself. They were basically done in a day - didn't quite finish due to the heat (over 30 degrees that day). They were back the next day to finish up. And one came back on the Saturday to repair some mortar that had come loose. The protected everything well, and left the area spotless. We especially liked the fact that the garbage bin was on a trailer and the shingles were delivered on the same day as the work. So we didn't have this bin in our driveway for more than one day and had access to our driveway the same evening. We would highly recommend Roofs on Homes.

    Gutter Repair

    Quick, freindly and effecient! Thanks to age, rain and baseballs in the gutter we had some challenges. Roof on Homes was congenial, fast and very knowledgeable. We had other quotes where we were told we had to replace our gutters but the reality was a quick repair and tune up and problem solved. Thanks guys!!

    New roof and eavestrough.

    We are very pleased with our new roof and eavestrough. Danny and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, extremely hard working and respectful. From the beginning of the process of getting a quote in pandemic times up to the actual installation our communication with Danny and the office was timely and informative. We would recommend Roofs on Homes to friends and family.

    Attic Ventilation

    Roofs on Homes was overall very pleasant and easy to work with. I had concerns with attic ventilation and leaking in my chimney and reached out to Roofs on Homes through a referral. Took a few weeks to get them to find a time for the first inspection, but from there everything was all good. Chuck was courteous and provided his assessment of what needed to be fixed - his explanations were very reasonable and he's obviously worked in the industry for a long time. Chuck came himself to do the work and he was fast, effective, and also did a pretty great job cleaning up. All of the work on the roof appeared to be done professionally. The only area where I felt could have been improved is with the installation of some baffles inside the attic - when I went up to take a look afterwards, these seemed just a bit sloppy. There was only one bag of baffle vents brought in, so they were just a few in various areas as opposed to systematically covering the whole attic (partly my fault for not making this specific in our contract), but further, they were all only held to the sheathing with one screw - I inspected one and it fell right off. Granted this was only one part of the job, but this part of work did put question in my mind on rest of the quality. I've still kept a high rating as the overall experience working with Roofs on Homes was pleasant and the rest of the work appeared well done. Edit: After a follow up with Danny and Chuck, they came out to look at the baffle installation and went back to re-secure with staples. Bumping from 9star to 10stars based on responsiveness to customers

Attic baffles are usually installed every 2-4 ft by code. Sometimes baffles give way as they are fasten with staples Happy to send Chuck out there if a baffle let loose.     Roof redone

    I replaced my roof with another "company". Big mistake: vents nailed through the shingles, wrong vents installed, shingles not installed properly, damaged gutters and so on. I was lucky enough to see Roofs on Homes doing a roof replacement to another house in my neighborhood (Oakville). I asked them to fix my roof issues. From that point forward everything went great. Great communication (thanks Maria), great work for a good price (thanks Chuck and Danny). All issues fixed professionally and in a timely manner. If you want your roof replaced or fixed properly this is the company you need. Hands down !

    Replacing leaking roof

    We noticed some shingles missing from the roof after the big windstorm in 2016. We had a less reputable crew come by for the quick fix. More and more came loose over the years, and finally a couple months ago I noticed some moisture coming from the upstairs cold air intake. I called a few companies, but Danny from Roofs on Homes was the only one willing to come by and inspect the damage (during Covid). I wanted to make sure there was no issues in the attic but every other company I called only wanted to use satellite imagery for the quote. We did hire Danny, and we were so happy with that decision. His team was on time, very hard working, very friendly, and amazingly clean. Our front and backyard looked cleaner than before the work was done!!! I would absolutely recommend Roofs on Homes for any roof work.
