    Responsive and Quality Workmanship

    In the last storm where wind gusts reached up to 120km/h, I required four different patch jobs. I had a major leak that also required immediate attention. A time where all other companies stopped answering phone calls or gave 3-7 days wait periods, Roof on Homes came the next day to do the emergency fix. The were reliable, answered all my questions, and did a great job (provided before and after pictures). I am looking to get my whole roof re-shingled and they are top on my list.

    Amazing Service

    Amazing company, they did an incredible job replacing our roof. Outstanding customer service, Danny informed us about a leak in our roof that we had no previous knowledge of and offered to fix it up for us. Truly a company with people who are hard working, professional and informative. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you!

    Roof/shingle repair

    Outstanding customer service at a very challenging time! Our house, like so many in Mississauga and the GTA, lost some shingles in the severe wind storm May 4th (2018). My first call was to another roofing company that had built and warrantied our roof, but after a week on standby with no confirmed repair date it was clear that they did not have the resources to meet the high volume and I desperately started calling other roofing companies yesterday, worried that we'd be at the end of a long list. Many voice mail boxes were full, or companies saying that they were not taking more roof repairs at this time. I'm so glad I contacted Roofs on Homes after finding them and their positive reviews on HomeStars. Out of more than a dozen places I contacted, not only were they the FIRST to respond (not counting automatic email replies), they were the ONLY company to respond (yet). Marie at their office called me back within the HOUR, and somehow managed to schedule us in within 24 hours. For my part, I purchased my own shingles to guarantee a match (because I wanted the exact same shingle type and colour) which they could not reasonably do under the circumstances and timeline, but I'm so grateful for their speed and professionalism. The roof is as good as new. Thank you Norm and co. for taking care of this for us. We are happy, and so relieved that our roof is back in order before any potential water/rain damage occurred.

    Roof repair

    I have used this company on three occasions over the last 18 months. The most recent was on May 4th "The Major Wind Storm" that required significant shingle repair and replacement. Imagine opening your front door and seeing a downpour of shingles one after the other including a roof vent which now left the roof open to direct rain. Once again I called Roofs on Homes and they responded promptly as they did on prior occasions. Not only did Danny (owner) fix my roof but he stayed to assist my neighbours. Lastly, while it would have been easy to suggest a new roof, Danny was consistent in his prior evaluation that there was two years left assuming no other major wind storms like May 4th.

    Roof repair

    I'm impressed. I texted yesterday am and got a call back same day and saying the crew will be on it's way to take a look right away. Amazing. Crew showed up to inspect the roof as I reported that shingles came loose during the recent storm. Crew found the damaged spot and said they would return tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing them tonight. I call this excellent customer service. Keep it up!

    Hi Michael Thanks for the great feedback, we appreciate the great review, I was happy to report that only 3-4 Hips and Ridge caps were blown off in the recent wind storm, all the shingles were still secured to the roof. That was our first roof that had a little wind damage to the caps. That being said I'll have to upgrade to the hip and Ridge Accessories to Cedar crest now ...lol Regards Danny A Roofs on Homes

    repair roof after windstorm

    My house was one of those that suffered substantial damage during the windstorm last Friday. I chose Roofs on homes a division of City 1, because of their good reputation on HomeStars. Despite the overwhelming requests and busy schedule, they managed to come yesterday to fix the roof, and come back today to finish the job. I must point out that Roofs on Homes did not install the original roof. Marie on the phone was very patient and replied me right away. Jake and Mike did a great job replacing the shingles, and they did extra work to try to windproof the shingles. They were polite and very professional, and they cleaned all the debris afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high-quality roof works.

    Very Satisfied

    After that 120kph winds last Friday, our home was one of those whose roof withstood the howling wind. I am very happy I chose a reliable company to do my roof. Thank you Roofs on Homes!

    Quality shows after years

    I hired roofs on homes a couple years ago to replace my roof as well as my neighbours on my left and right. This company truly cares about the quality of the work they deliver. Danny, one of the owners is an upfront honest man who provides you all the details of the project so you have a clear understanding of what's being done. We all know the damage this past wind storm caused to hundreds of residential roofs. I checked my roof, not one shingle was missing. Many other neighbours in my complex lost several. I am so happy I went with this company and dealt with Danny. Hard to come by people like him and the team he has who actually cares about the quality of work delivered. Thanks again Danny.

    Roofing

    I replaced the original 20 year old roof from our house this past week with Roofs on Homes. Danny was very professional from the start. He provided copies of his liability and WSIB insurance certificates, names of his employees and certificates from Certainteed showing they are a certified installer. There was great communication throughout the whole project from Danny and his team was able to replace my entire roof in one day. When I got home from work I had a brand new roof and nothing to clean up. The whole process was absolutely painless and worry free. I would definitely call Roofs on Homes again if I ever move. I would recommend them to family and friends - no question.

    Roof Repair

    A wind storm blew roughly 2-boxes worth of shingles off our roof. I will note that Roofs on Homes DID NOT do the original roof installation. That company is long gone and it is their original poor installation that was root cause of the issue. The Roofs on Homes team was able to come out within 24 hours and do a proper fix job tying into the existing roof, and in such a way that this should not happen again.
