    Roofing

    If you’re in the market to replace your roof, look no further. Roofs on homes is a great company. I got a few quotes from a couple of different company’s and Roofs on Homes was more or less in the middle of the quotes. I decided to proceed with Roofs on Homes because of Danny. He's a great person and is really passionate about his work. He went a step further in gaining my trust when i was torn between 2 colours in my shingle selection. Danny personally dropped off both examples of the shingles which made it very easy to decide from there. The roof came out great, great people. i couldn’t be happier. Whenever anyone asks me if i know a good roofer, i always refer Danny & Roofs on Homes.

    Just outstanding. Great crew. May be not the cheapest but they must be among the best

    New roof

    Great work, thorough and very attentive. Have had zero issues. Would recommend to anyone needing roof work.

    repair to our vents

    The original builder of our roof used 2 attic vents instead of bathroom vents. There was the potential that we would get condensation inside our attic since snow could go up into the vents. Chuck came to do the work the very next day. He knew what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to us and offered us options. We are grateful to Chuck for working so quickly for what was a small job, but if we get the chance, we would definitely go back to them. Chuck also saw a few other things to help us consider what we could do for the longevity of the roof. He took pictures and explained the situation to us.

    Moisture in attic - find the source

    After finding a leak in our bathroom vent from the attic, we reached out to Danny from roofs on homes to come for service call since we have had our roof done about 1.5 years prior. He was very responsive and made a service call to inspect the attic to see if it pertained to our new roof. That turned out not to be the case but he was so helpful in providing a variety of contacts, including mould removal, in order to address the issue. He also returned a second time to repair our bathroom vent to prevent issues going forward. Very professional, great to deal with, would highly recommend this company for your new roof and ongoing service.

    New roof

    Danny and crew were fantastic! On time, efficient, even worked late to ensure the roof was done in time to beat the bad weather. Cleaned everything up afterward. Was totally up front and above board about the costs and explained everything from top-to-bottom. I couldn't be happier that I found Roofs On Homes. A+ experience.

    Roof

    Danny clearly explained the work that was going to be done along with all the available options. It never seemed like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. His team was very professional. They started and completed the job on time and we are very satisfied with the results! Would recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a competitive price.

    Roof

    Danny and his crew did a fantastic job. Their price was very competitive and the workmanship was excellent. They worked quickly, professionally and neatly. They covered everything outside to protect from any damage. They even noticed the neighbour’s furnace exhaust pipe on the roof was crooked and they fixed it for the homeowner. They not only exceeded our expectations but our neighbour also commented how they were also impressed. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. Thank you so, so much!

    Complete roof replacement

    From initial estimate through to completion of the job, Danny and his team were on time, responsible, helpful, and trustworthy. Danny's explanation of his approach and materials was clear and unambiguous, and his pricing was so reasonable that I wondered at first if I had misheard the quote! As we moved forward, Danny's response time was amazing whenever I emailed or called in with a question. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me understand my options, and in helping me make the right decision regarding the colour of the shingles — which ended up looking exactly as I had hoped they would. When it came time to do the job, every member of the installation team was courteous, careful, professional, and hard-working; no cowboys, no dead weight. And, true to his word, Danny came by to check on the work and to make sure I had no concerns. The job itself went very quickly, and yet it seemed clear that they took no shortcuts, and that they all took pride in doing high-quality work. I could go on and on (and on, and on), but I'll leave it at this: I've never been more comfortable or more pleased with a major home-related purchase, and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment in recommending Danny and his team to my friends and relatives. Five stars are not enough! :)

    Roof Re-shingling

    Realized our roof had areas that desperately needed replacement. and called several companies for quotes. Danny showed up promptly to provide us a quote. Danny walked me through the quote in detail and answered all my questions. Danny's quote ended up being in the middle of the pack from a cost perspective. However, it is important to note that the shingling materials that Danny quoted were significantly better than the materials on the cheaper quotes. His quote was extremely competitive compared to quotes that had similar quality shingling materials. Once the quote was in hand and we had agreed to move forward Danny happily provided us a with a list of homes they had done which allowed us to see the workmanship and look at shingle colours. Danny was very patient as we went through this process of selecting our roof colour. Once we selected our colours Danny drafted a contract which outlined the service they would provide. In addition, he gave us an estimated date for our work to happen. The work happened a couple of days in advance of the estimated date and we got a call a week prior to confirm our availability. The shingles arrived a day in advance. The team did an awesome job. They arrived early. They helped to move some items out of the way and laid out tarps to ensure they caught any stray pieces of shingles or nails from stripping off the old roofing materials. The team worked quickly and were extremely respectful. Once the work was done they cleaned up and did a thorough job. Would highly recommend Danny and his team again.
