    New roof install

    Got a reasonable on-site quote. They showed up when they said they would. Great communication throughout. They worked efficiently and cleaned the site before departure. The work scope was completed as agreed upon. Highly recommend.

    Eavestrough, Fascia and Soffits

    Roofs on Homes installed a new roof for us 3 years ago, and we chose them to replace our eavestrough, fascia and soffits. They have continued to impress us with their professionalism, expertise, experience and efficiency. The workmanship of the finished installations was beautiful and of superior quality, and the pricing was very competitive. We were so lucky to have Manny and Danny involved in the management and installation throughout the process. We highly recommend Roofs on Homes!

    New Roof

    Rich and the team from Roofs on Homes were wonderful to work with. They did what they said they were going to do and left the surrounding area as clean (if not cleaner) as when they arrived. Roof looks fantastic and I thought the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

    Gutter guards and siding repair

    Amazing service from the get go! Marie booking then Danny and Tony coming for an estimate. Great job done, great work ethic! Amazing group of people. We highly recommend this company.     New roof, ventilation, eaves and fascia

    I cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of this company and all its people. From my first desperate phone call, on a stormy weekend, when an unknown leak in our roof started draining through a wall in the house to the completion of the project Danny and Manny or as we started calling them Professor Danny and Doctor Manny took amazing care of us. Dannys product knowledge and advice and Mannys craftsmanship with the instillation of eaves and fascia gave us so much confidence. Despite it being a Saturday with rain expected all weekend Danny was kind enough to make time to come over, identify the location of the leak and do a temporary patch. This gave us time to work with him on a much needed project to get a new roof, proper ventilation, eavestroughs and fascia. They completed this project late last summer and we are so happy with every aspect. The roof and ventilation have made a lot of difference in the circulation and keeping our upstairs cooler and having the proper sized eaves and additional downspouts has made a world of difference in preventing other drainage problems we had been encountering. You will be well taken care of if you go with this amazing team.

    New roof and gutters

    We noticed that our roof shingles were curling, and were not sure how much longer the roof would last. Our gutters have been giving us issues for years and needed to be replaced. I spoke with several roofing companies, and received a range of quotes. Roofs on Homes was competitive with the others. I had read up on the various shingle manufacturers, and specifically wanted Certainteed shingles. I found Roofs on Homes here on homestars based on the many positive reviews. I like to ask many questions when I hire a contractor about workmanship, and what is involved in the project, and was happy to hear all the detailed explanations, which gave me confidence that this company knew what they are doing. The crew came out with a large enough crew to complete the job in 2 days. They were professional and cleaned up well. They identified a few boards that needed to be replaced, which reaffirmed that the roof needed to be done at this time, and we caught it before more significant damage will occur. They installed new Maxvents for us to provide better airflow in the attic. A second crew came a few weeks later and replaced the gutters. We chose new colours for both the roof and the gutters that go better with the rest of colouring of the house. Thank you Roofs on Homes, will recommend you to friends and neighbours.

    Install Asphalt Shingle Roofing
    Oleg showed up promptly, after my request, to provide an estimate. His price was fair and he was a pleasure to deal with. His crew was fantastic; they worked well after the sun went down and came back the next day to finish the job. I would not hesitate to use Roofs on Homes again. Thanks Oleg & team.

    New Gutters & Eavestroughs

    We found Danny's company through a search on HomeStars and he quickly came out for a inspection of the job. The stellar ratings and attention to detail in the inspection were our deciding factors in hiring them to replace the gutters and eavestroughs on our 1970's bungalow. The team come out and did a wonderful job replacing the original eavestroughs and relocating downspouts for better drainage. They were also able to color-match the house very well and we're extremely happy with the final result.

    New roof Etobicoke

    We found the company through a search here. Danny from Roofs on Homes climbed and inspected the roof then took time to explain in details what work would be performed to replace the shingles and recommendation to install additional features to lower the risk of ice buildup and have better ventilation to keep the house cooler in the summer. He also recommended a new and better skylight with double panes inert gas insulation to replace the 15 years old skylight which did not have insulation. On inspecting the roof Danny discovered that the chimney would need repair work and took pictures to show where the damages were. The same day after evaluating the condition of the roof Danny emailed two proposals that reflected the standard replacement work and the higher level longer warranty work. Each proposal had a detailed breakdown of the work and the material used, along with background info about the material. The company only uses the best quality shingles and other components like vents. A second roofer who gave us another quote also cited the same brand of shingle and vent. Danny would provide further clarification on any question promptly. The quote from Danny was very reasonable, in fact much better than the second quote that offered to use the same material. Crew members are experienced roofers and have worked together for years. The team aims to complete the roof work on the same day, for our roof 8am to 6:30pm. The crew did an excellent job cleaning the debris, using a magnetic broom to pick up metallic bits. One crew member stayed extra late till fading twilight and carefully checked for remaining debris. The crew also helped moved heavy flower pots away from the house then back to their original locations. Two neighbours commented that the new roof looked very good. During the installation of the new skylight there was a small accident that caused a puncture about the size of a quarter on the drywall below the skylight near the floor. We discovered the puncture after the crew left and notified Danny. The project manager came by three days later on a Sunday morning to patch the crack and apply new paint. This company is highly recommended.
