    Excellent Professional Roofing and Siding Company

    Danny and Manny run a well organized machine at Roofs On Homes. As we are a small property management company in the Burlington area, they have been our preferred professional roofing and siding company. They have completed over 10 different jobs for us involving flat roofs, siding, roofs, eaves, soffits, downspouts, venting and more over the past two years. In our perspective they stand out due to their well organized team management - whether on the roof or administratively - and ability to deliver from start to final clean up. Their prompt response to deliver initial quotes, walk us through the material and needs of each unique project, provide ongoing photos, and the willingness to have ongoing updates with transparent, friendly and open communication during each project are evidence that they hold themselves to high standards and want their customers to be satisfied with quality end results that provide homeowners with security that last for years. We sleep better at night knowing that our properties are secured by the detailed work of Roofs On Homes.

    New Roof and after care

    Several years ago Danny and his crew replaced shingles, and underlay, and did an excellent job. I have confidently referred Roofs on Homes to my friends and neighbours who also have had an excellent experience. Now years later I had a problem with animals clawing at a piece of fascia and trying to get into the attic. Because Danny came out and repaired this problem right away, I now have peace of mind, not only with regard to animals gaining an entrance but rain and snow maybe also causing further damage. I thank them so much. Marie in the office also has been so reassuring in discussing this problem, and Danny for an excellent job again.

    Roof Repair in Mississauga

    My requirements were to advise if I required/needed a new roof or when, and repair a 5 inch x 5 inch hole to my garage roof which some racoons entered a while ago. I requested several quotes. Danny from Roofs on Homes was one of them, and actual came to the house. He sadvised my roof was good and not required to be replaced for another 4-5 years. He showed me other areas of the home which the racoons were trying to enter our house. He also gave me a very reasonable quote on the repair which some others gave a standard price for the call ~ $500.00 +. Danny was very open and honest, no pressure. Not only did he repair the area of need, but he nailed down & replaced, match shingles of other areas. I definitely appreciated the workmanship, pricing and honesty. Thank you, kindly Danny, and it was a pleasure.

    New Roof

    This review will be short and sweet. These guys showed up when they said they would, installed as they said they would, for the price they said they would charge. All the while, they were very easy to work with on the scheduling and payment side. Hard to give a better recommendation.

    New roof!

    The time had finally come when we needed to replace our roof. Being a fairly big house project and expense, it's not the most exciting thing to have to pay for. When I began researching the company that was to replace our roof, I took a lot of things into consideration including the usual reputation and price. A couple of my neighbors had used Roofs on Homes and gave glowing recommendations. I emailed them for information and got an incredibly quick, professional and well written reply from Marie who setup the initial meeting with Danny. When Danny came for the free consultation, I was ready for the typical up-sizing sales pitch. I was amazed at how professional, courteous and honest Danny was. He explained all the options thoroughly and was not pushy at all as to the base roof price and upgrades available. He was very transparent with all the questions I asked him and showed me all of the company's safety certifications and industry awards. Truly professional through and through. I was very happy to hear that Roofs on Homes ensured that all property would be protected during the installation and that they would clean everything up. Roofs on Homes scheduled a time for the roof installation and they worked within a tight timeframe for me. I really appreciated this as I was trying to align it with my vacation time. The day the roofers arrived they were professional and kind any time we had to deal with them. They completed the job in a day and the roof looked great, there was no properly damage (even landscaping) and the clean up was spectacular! When it came time to pay, Roofs on Homes was flexible and made it super convenient for me. Roofs on Homes is a really great company to deal with. They are a little more expensive than some of the competition but if you want superior product, superior customer service and not have to worry about a thing, Roofs on Homes is your go-to. Peace of mind is priceless and you won't be disappointed! Highly recommended!

    Roof Shingle Replacement

    The current shingles looked damaged. Got 4 quotes from the top-rated companies on Home Stars. One quote was 50% above average and one was 20% but seemed not to fully understand the minimum codes. Roof On Homes seems reasonable and Danny did a great job reviewing what was needed and our options. Very responsive through the process. Could always get someone on the phone. Came on the day they scheduled and by the end of the day the job was done. Clean and professional. The site super Tony was very personable and patient with our questions through the day.

    Peaked Roof and Soffit Vents

    Now we know why Roofs on Homes get the kind of reviews they do. First, Marie, our initial phone contact couldnt have been more helpful. We had an active leak in our peaked roof and Marie got back to us very quickly with a plan of action. Danny , the owner, came out to inspect and evaluate our roof. He educated us on all the components that make a roof work really well. Within 24 hours he provided 3 written, itemized, estimates - including one to repair the existing roof. He made it clear which upgrades would be worthwhile and which didnt make sense for us while providing us every opportunity to pick and choose so as to accommodate our budget. Once we signed the contract he gave us a rough timeline that would be firmed up at the beginning of the month. They got here about two weeks earlier than promised and completed the job in 1 day. Our house is no mansion, but its not small either. They removed the old roof, replaced all the old plywood, cut soffit vents, and put on a new, multi-layered roof all in 1 day. They can do that because they are a team of 7, (no temporary or contract workers) all trained by Danny himself. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and happy. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

    I highly recommend Roofs on Homes (City 1) ! The service was excellent from the start. Danny was very prompt to come out to the home for an evaluation and was very professional and courteous. i am very pleased with how quickly the job was completed.     Total Roof replacement and repace eaves troughs

    I highly recommend Roofs On Homes. We had to replace our roof as well as our neighbour on the other half of our house - semi-detached. Rich was so very patient and spoke to both property owners and waited for everyone to make a decision about everything. The workmanship was terrific and the workers were courteous and they cleaned up afterwards. We also had new eave troughs and some aluminum covering caps and a fake dormer. They did an excellent job and pointed out whet was lacking on our side of the building and fixed it. Their cost was reasonable and far below some other quotes we had. Cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them.
