    Commercial Roof

    I have dealt with Chuck and Danny twice now for repair and maintenance on a commercial building. They have always been more than willing to hunt down leaks even when it requires that they come back a second or third time. Oh and their prices aren't bad either. Thanks for all the help Chuck and Danny.

    roof replacement

    I needed my roof replaced and received 3 quotes. Danny from Roofs on Homes was the only one who spent time with me and described the job. His quote was not the cheapest; but the work done was great and was finished in one day as promised. His crew did a marvelous clean up. I would certainly recommend Danny.

    New Roof

    Danny provided stellar service at an extremely reasonable price. He thoroughly explained all the options, delivered timely service and his crew finished in record time completely cleaning up the yard and area before leaving. Fantastic!

    New Roof

    Late last fall while having work done on our aluminum siding the contractor snapped a pic of the bad state of our shingles on the back side of the roof which was not visible while standing in the backyard and was surprising to us as the shingles visible from the front of the house were still in okay condition. We called a few highly rated roofing companies on homestars, but being early November, only a few replied back, and mainly just visited the house, measured the perimeter and gave their estimate without ever loooking at the shingles, which basically was the main reason they were called. Our experience with Danny was completely different from the rest and top notch. Upon arriving he was up on the roof and evaluated it's actual condition and provided me with a quote and explanation of the work that would be performed and the extras they would do to improve it. He left us with the confidence that the shingles were not as bad as we feared and could very well last the winter. The actual work this april was amazing and Chuck and the crew performed quality work and showed up when they said they would. The clean up was impeccable. You would never know they were there afterwards except for the beautiful roof they left behind. Don't hesitate to call these guys, you won't be sorry you did.

    Roofing

    Roofs on Homes do what they say and they delivered exactly as promised on the contract. I recently had my house re-shingled and I did my homework by reading reviews and getting a few quotes. To be perfectly honest all of them are pleasant enough to talk to. But in the end I chose Roofs on Homes due to the quality of their product, price and Danny answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. As an example, I asked Danny how many nails they put in per shingle, he said 6. Some other roofers I asked said they use 3 to 6 nails depending on the roof pitch. Due to the hard winter we had and strong winds I lost a couple of shingles and I wanted a high wind resistant shingle which includes the use of 6 nails. I checked the roofers work from time to time and sure enough they were using 6 nails. They also put the ice and water shield in all the areas as promised. The entire crew worked all the day to get the work done in a day. I found the crew was a bit cocky but that’s because they are proud of what they do and they stand behind their workmanship, I like that. Roofs on Homes quote wasn’t the cheapest but not the most either but the quality of their product and workmanship is worth it. In the end, Danny did not just talk the talk, the entire crew walk the walk.

    Roofing / New Shingles

    I want to say Thank you to Danny and his team. They changed my roof last fall and did a great job. This project was originally triggered by a damage of my gutter. After the roofing changes were done, I asked him for another favour to find a contractor for me to repair my gutter since my gutter guy doesn’t show up. He helped me out even after the roofing job had already been completed and paid. I was impressed that he always try to help his customers even sometimes he doesn’t have to.

    Roof and down spout repairs.

    I was very impressed with Roof on Homes when I needed someone to repair my roof. They were efficient, professional and very courteous. I also appreciated the little extras that they did to weather proof my home. This is a service I will certainly depend on should the need arise again! Thanks Danny for your help!

    Roof Repair

    I live in an area with relatively strong wind. The roofs on the back of my house have to face a much harsher weather condition. I had a bad experience with another roof company while I asked them to repair shingles. So I was looking for a new company to take care of my roof. I learned City 1 Roof under a very special occasion - one day, while I was waiting for the traffic light, I saw their truck, so I wrote down the number printed on the body of the truck. I called Danny the next day and he came right away, assessed my roof issue, sent the contractor to fix the problem next day. In addition, they even exam and repaired some other areas on my roof and issued a one year warrant to me. I most satisfied with the quality of the work, also the speed how they response to my call. They don't mind my case is just a small business. The reception lady is very polite and responsible. The overall cost of my roof repair is very reasonable and acceptable. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

    Roofing / New Shingles

    Just want to say that the job was done by professionals. They were on time, polite, gave attention to details and always cleaned up after the job. I would definitely recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

    New Roof

    Got several quotes. Danny explained everything in person - not just a quote in the mailbox. Price was fair. Shingles were high quality - I had it verified. Work done professionally, on time and clean. Very happy with Ridge Venting he recommended - even though there was a lot of cautionary comments on the Internet. Six months later and after the ice storm, Danny came to inspect roof for damage and cleared very large heavy branches from roof - no charge. Exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone.
