    Furnace and Air Cleaner

    We are pleased that we picked Convertible Heating for our new furnace and air cleaner. Chris gave us our quote; explained the complete process in a detailed manner. Dave and Craig are excellent installers. Friendly guys who installed the new equipment and left the furnace room clean. Dave took the time to explain how to operate the new furnace and air cleaner. He answered all our questions and made us feel we made the right decision to go with Convertible Heating and Air.

    Install air condition

    Installed Furnace and A/C

    I had the pleasure of meeting Dave and Craig. They are the two gentlemen that installed our furnace and A/C. They are both professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I also would like to commend Chris with the knowledge, professionalism and kindness he has shown me. He is very detailed oriented. He was able to broaden my understanding of both units. My wife and I are very happy with the units we purchased. Without compromising the quality and service, the total cost is very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received. We are also a returning customer. The first time was twenty years ago when we bought our A/C with Convertible. We are more than happy to recommend the company to our family and friends.

    Good Job

    I saw their ad in monthly flyers. I took three quotes for air conditioning and selected them as Marnie answered all questions quite well over phone. The best part was that they didn’t bother me for in-house free consultation. Installation was done within the stipulated timeframe and so far so good. one of the reason I selected Convertible was also that big names charge you more for nothing. I mean if 10 years all parts are covered under manufacturer warranty then why would I pay premium to install the same item. One year labour warranty is from the installer and if Convertible has not done a good job I am sure they would come and fix it because their reputation will be at stake. Overall I am satisfied with this deal.

    New furnace and a/c

    Had a new furnace and a/c installed by Roop and assistant they were very professional and knowledgeable got the job done and I am very pleased with there work and the price and warranty was the best I found would highly recommend

    New furnace and air conditioner

    What a great team. This is the second time that I used Convertible Heating for a new furnace and A/C. Marnie was very personable and friendly when she came to give me my quote. She very patiently listened to my concerns and she answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. The installers that came, Dave and Greg, were superb. They were very efficient and professional and they cleaned up after themselves. When Dave first came in he mentioned that he installed my old furnace 17 years ago. That’s saying a lot these days. You don’t hear about that kind of loyalty very often these days. Again thank you Team Convertible. I will definitely pass your name along

    Rinnai Tankless Water Heater

    Thank you Convertible Team! Marnie provided great amount of information during the quotation process. She was very helpful and upfront about all the details (estimate, installation, maintenance, payments, etc.). The crew (Kamil lead technician) arrived ahead of schedule, explained the installation details, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

    Marnie was amazing

    Marnie was fantastic when she came for my quote, I needed a quiet furnace and she knew all the makes and models. Everything went smoothly. Their installers where amazing, put drop clothes from the front door to the stairs, cleaned up everything after, explained the workings of the furnace. So nice to deal with a company that takes pride in their workmanship.

    Carrier Furnace

    The workers arrived on time and were courteous and efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. They answered all of our questions before departing. They cleaned up after themselves satisfactorily.

    Great price, clear information, solid customer support

    The Lennox that came with our house was about 20 years old, and we'd had a couple of pricey repairs since we moved in 10 years ago. We felt, especially with some available rebates, that it was time to get something new. Usually, we're obsessed with getting multiple quotes before embarking on a project like this. We got two quotes - both from companies with high HomeStars ratings. Marnie from Convertible presented her recommendations in a straightforward way – and with zero pressure. Her pricing was more than competitive, and my impression was that she was the kind of person who stood behind her product. She answered some subsequent calls immediately and with very clear answers. (The competition, though not "high pressure" did try to get us to commit – or sign something that day to 'hold the price.') Obviously, we chose Convertible. Great product (a Carrier), at a great price. And, when we had an issue with the furnace (a defective part), Marnie ensured that it was dealt with promptly. If you're looking for a furnace or A/C unit...you could spend tons of time and angst – or you could just pick the winner and call Marnie. Seriously. She's honest and her technicians do good work. Save yourself the time and trouble: Go with Convertible.
