    Furnace Issues

    My Wife & I were really impressed with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. starting with Mike the service tech who helped us easily understand what and where the issues were with our old Furnace, along with his recommendations which then led us to Sandy who called us and was very helpful in describing the proper furnace we required for OUR house & also why we didn't need the more expensive models but why this model was more suited to our situation, thanks again Sandy. The installers (I wish I had their names) were efficient, tidy and very professional doing the install & removing the old , hardly knew they were there & all seems to be working great (have to check to see if its on, it's so quiet).     Furnace Repalcement

    I have been a client of Convertible for 20 years. I have purchased at least 5 air conditioners (every new house) and now one furnace. I have referred all my friends and family because these are the most honest business people I’ve ever used. I’ll never call anyone else. Neither should you. Best price and best service every time. No they didn’t pay me and no I have no relation to them whatsoever.

    New furnace installed and chimney liner.

    Michael Edwards HVAC consultant was courteous and I enjoyed talking with him for my HVAC requirements for my home.His professional consultation and knowledge was in my best interest for all my heating and air conditioning needs.The installers were polite and efficient.Im glad I chose Convertible Air.

    Installation of Furnace and A/C

    Our furnace and A/C were due for replacement. After doing some comparison shopping and reading reviews we decided on Convertible. Absolutely satisfied and have already recommended them to a coworker. Starting with Chris the salesman, it was a good experience - knowledgeable and not pushy. Quality equipment at a good price and the installation by Dave & Craig professional.

    Furnace, Air Conditioner and Hot Water tank

    I installed a furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. Mike Edwards was a great salesman. Very knowledge and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

    Good work at a good price

    The company put forward a very competitive deal and the installers were courteous and professional. They installed both a tankless water heater and furnace in one day including some tricky venting. It's been a week and very happy with the products.

    New Furnace installation

    Been shopping around for new furnace replacement since my old furnace breakdown. I found convertible price reasonable. Installation was also efficient by their friendly staff. My A/C unit will next in coming months.

    Furnace

    Convertible Heating and Air was such a joy to work with. From the moment Mike, the sales representative, came in to the point where the installer finished his work it was smooth sailing. Mike made sure to inform us of all information required regarding the installation process, steps to take prior and steps to take in order to prepare. Mike maintained communication throughout the entire process even though it was over a weekend. Although Mike and the installer made it clear that this installation would not be the easiest due to the structure of our home, the installation was done extremely well. Due to the difficulty in our house structure, the installer was required to remove our laundry sink and although not required, he ensured he put all parts back to its original form. In addition, the installer made sure he cleaned the entire area and it was as if he was never there! This included removal of the entire old furnace and clean-up of the area. We installed the Goodman high efficiency furnace and previously had a mid-efficiency. There were no surprises and we were really impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided.

    New air conditioning unit

    I have used Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning several times in the past years for service on my HVAC system. They always took care of the problem and their staff were easy and pleasant to deal with. That's why I went to them when I needed to replace my air conditioning unit. This was a good decision. They were able to schedule the installation very quickly during the late summer hot weather. I was very pleased with the efficient and careful work of Dieter, the tech specialist who the time to calibrate/adjust the new unit very well and it runs very quietly! Thank you to all.

    refuse to install hunidifier

    in 2017 I called Convertible Heating and Air conditioning for furnace replacement Michael visit me, look at furnace and we sign contract for installing :furnace, humidifier and drain pump price was good Did fast job, but refuse to install humidifier, removed old one and did not install new I called them 10 or 20 times- no luck, no humidifier so last winter I had 15-20% humidity in my house. my point is: 1.They removed my old humidifier 2.they refuse to install new humidifier 3.in some places drywall and wall paint cracked and pill of because low humidity 4.They promise to install humidifier, but never come to my house after installing furnace This year, after 10 calls, I give up and call another company (24x7hvac), and they install it in 2hrs. don't look on review Convertible Heating!!!! They get hi % paying 25$ for good review don't help with rebate , as promise

    Igor, this is probably the 20th time we have dealt with this matter with you over the last year. It is very simple -and I will explain it again for the 21st time: we only sell one brand of humidifiers, the General Aire model 1042. We sell it for its excellent quality and because it's made in Canada and because it provides 17 gallons per day unlike the other cheaper brands that leak, but it is a large size unit - and there was not enough space on your duct system for it to be mounted on. So we deducted it off the order and did not charge you anything for it and continued on with our furnace installation which you reported to be done very well Why you would continue on for an entire year of constantly calling us and leaving bad reviews online over a simple matter that was discussed and resolved with you on multiple occasions. Please move on with your life. And to say that we did not apply for your rebate is not only a lie but is now getting malicious for no reason. Call the IESO to verify.
