    Air Conditioning Installation

    Mike from Convertible was very professional and listened to our needs, there was no pressure and his quote came the same day. Rick and Jesse who came to install were so helpful and did a super job and kept everything clean and solve an issue for us with a seized valve for the humidifer. I would always recommend Convertible. It was a pleasure to have them install our unit. Thank you to the owner who has such good people working for him and thanks to Mike, Rick and Jesse for their great work.

    Furnace + A/C + Water Tank Install

    We contacted Mike for a quote and he quickly returned a very good deal on new furnace, A/C & Water Tank. Installers were in the following week and completed the entire job professionally & cleanly. A Technician even returned the following day to help with a small power supply issue to the water tank not related to the equipment. Overall it was a very positive experience for us with the Convertible Guys. Great Job!

    New Furnace

    Overall we are satisfied with our new high-efficiency furnace. Chris was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and didn't push us to make a decision on the spot, like some other companies do. Also, the price can't be beat! We couldn't give a perfect rating however, because we did experience a couple issues during the installation. Dieter was our installer and he was polite, friendly, and arrived promptly on time. The furnace appears to have been installed properly, and is working great so far. Unfortunately though, he did not install the furnace exhaust pipe according to code. We were surprised to see that the hole was drilled too close to our hot water heater air intake (less than 3 feet away) and we had to tell him ourselves that this was not appropriate. He put an extension on the pipe to direct it further away, but it looks strange now and is blowing exhaust out right next to our back door (see attached before and after photos). The other issue was that after he left, we noticed a bunch of screws, debris, and random bits of metal left around the work area. This isn't a huge issue, but from what various companies told us, we expected that the installers would always clean up their messes after they are finished. We would still recommend Convertible to those who are looking to buy a new furnace, but we would also recommend verifying all of the details on the day of the install to avoid any unfortunate surprises.

Before I responded to this review, I spoke to Dieter, he was aware of where he was drilling in relation to the other exhaust pipe. His intention was to snorkel the piping away from the other appliance on the outside. This is common to do, it has to do with the slope we are trying to achieve back to the furnace for the condensation, as well as seeing where is it possible to drill out of the wall and not drill though stuff like wires, duct work, and structure frames of the home that could cause damage. But missing the screws and small debris we certainly apologize for - Dieter is usually very attentive to clean up. I can say this with confidence as he has worked for us for 17 years, and his father Karl started with us before that for 25 years - they are great technicians and good people.     New furnace, AC and Tankless Water Heater Instal

    We chose this company for our new furnace, a/c and tankless water heater after receiving 3 competitor quotes. We couldn’t be happier with the service - Marnie and her team were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond with all the extra hook-ups and working within a finished basement. Their price was competitive and we feel we got our money’s worth in all respects. Thank you Marnie and install team - we hope we won’t have to call you for at least 20 years, lol.

    New Air Conditioner Installation

    Very pleased with my purchase of a Carrier Air Conditioner. Chris phoned to let me know when he would arrive. He was very punctual, professional and cheerful considering the weather was dull and raining. He did a wonderful job, removed his shoes in the house and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I would be pleased to recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning in future.

    Air Conditioner and Furnace

    First my air conditioner failed in the spring then two weeks ago we discovered my furnace needed replacing. Convertible Air came in with a very reasonable quote for the Air conditioner and were very efficient and prompt in replacing it. For the furnace there was no point in even taking quotes. I went straight back to Convertible and they were on it immediately. Very professional and efficient installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Convertible Air. Connie Scott

    Furnace and A/C install

    I purchased a new furnace and A/C combo at the end of season sale and got an amazing price. Sales staff were on point and not pushy, install staff was knowledgeable, pleasant with quick and tidy work.

    Tank-less water heater and furnace replacement and install

    It all started with a inquiring phone call as I was shopping around for furnace and water tank replacement. I initially spoke with Sam and right from the first minute on the phone I felt that he was not in it for the money aspect of it so to speak, but to educate me and put me on the right road that it would benefit me and my family, right away and in the long run. Just an all around and fantastic gentleman to talk to, very informative, educational and above all, spoke to me at the level where I can understand him. Next I had Michael in the house to look at the appliances and survey the house. Very easy going and informative as well. To top it all off, two installers / technicians that came to install the tank and furnace were unbelievable professionals. Very clean, innovative and above all, not in the rush to get in and out. They did not leave until everything was 200%. My house is old but renovated and it had its challenges, but they were able to overcome them all (more than one) with a smile on their faces. These guys love their job, do not mind challenging situations and have best customer service skills above all. I highly recommend Convertible Air to anyone that needs any type of HVAC service.

    Great Job , Fair Price

    I called convertible after finding their flyer in the mail along with two others , they had the best price, Chris is helpful , answered all my questions, I could reach him at any time before and after the installation Thank you for a great job, I will be glad to refer Convertible to all my friends.

    Heating furnace installation

    Very professional, organised & disciplined company. They changed my old furnace and installed a new one with licensed technicians just in about 5 hours and did not create any mess.
