    New natural gas heating furnace.

    Convertible Air and Heating was highly recommended to me. I called up Marnie A and within 2 days I had a new furnace installed& functional. The installers were polite, clean and very efficient. Thanks Marnie for your professionalism and expertise. We can sleep much better at nights. John Persaud Markham ON

    Air Conditioner replacement unit

    No fuss hvac work

    I had this company over to change my furnace and water tank last year. Great all around. This year my ac broke and they were in within 2 days. Can’t complain-just an just an honest family run business. I’ve referenced many times!

    Install New Furnace, Air Conditioner and Tankless Water Heater

    Very happy with the services provided by Convertible H/AC. From the initial call with Marnie where she answered all of my questions in simple terms, to her onsite visit to quote the job to the professional workmanship by Kamil and James - we were very happy with this service provider. The installers worked on our job over 1.5 days ensuring that all of my questions were answered along the way. They were also very good at covering the work area and a cleaning up the mess after the job was done. We haven't really be able to give the new furnace and AC a good run yet due to the change in seasons but the tankless has been excellent. We did notice a louder noise of air being drawn into the vent when the larger size AC unit was installed but we were offered options to 'tone it down' by calling the service line should we have concerns. I would recommend considering this company when looking into options for new F/AC and tankless installation. BM

    professionalism and care in installation

    We kept putting off installing a new air conditioner for 2 years, but after calling HomeStars and getting such an affordable quote, we did not hesitate. One week later it was installed and the servicemen were careful and took great care in not making any messes. Overall a very satisfied customer.

    Fast and reliable

    What I really enjoyed about their service was the technicians who were working on the project. They were well-mannered, professional and reliable. The price for HVAC and tankless was reasonable, and the 10-year warranty for parts and labour is unbeatable. It only took a day to complete the whole task.

    New furnace

    After researching several companies we decided to go with Convertible. Chris the salesperson was knowledgeable and personable and he clearly understood the needs for comfort level for our home. The comparable pricing along with the positive reviews on Homestay helped to make our decision. The work was scheduled promptly and completed as agreed. Mike the installer, carefully removed the old furnace and worked diligently all day to expertly complete all aspects of the installation, including scaling our pitched roof to install the chimney liner. He took into consideration the finished basement and completed the work neatly and to our requirements while answering all of our questions. Mike is an extremely hard working and pleasant person. Job well done.

    New furnace/AC/hot water heater in one day

    The Convertible team beat two strong competitors by providing good (patient/informative/educational) salesmanship, competitive, pricing and timely installation. A furnace installed by another company in our previous home took two guys a whole day, but the two courteous Convertible guys installed three heavy HVAC pieces at our new Sunnylea home in a day, and cleaned up most of the mess.

    Furnance replacement + Tankless Hot water heater

    Amazing service - pre, during and post care. Worked diligently day of installation, knowledgable about the industry and options, gives appropriate advice for your home . Does not try to up-sell you. Great working timelines and flexible scheduling. Would definitely recommend.
