    residential central AC replacement

    I wanted to replace my aging central AC unit, I saw a few adds in local paper, I contacted each of the company's. I checked reviews and compared quotes and decided to go with Convertible. They showed up as promised and installed exactly what they quoted. They did not try to oversell me by telling me that I needed a bigger unit nor did they try and tell me that I needed a new furnace. I did business with the Hamilton / Halton office, I dealt with Grant who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brendan and Josh showed up promptly on the day scheduled to perform the install, they were polite, clean and very thorough and I should mention quick, old unit out and new one fully installed in around 1 hour. Hopefully I don't need a furnace or another AC unit in the near future, if I did I would definitely call Convertible again and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone considering HVAC work. I should mention that they were also the lowest price I had quoted!!!

    VERY HAPPY

    I AM COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER AND WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CARPETED THE WHOLE AREA THAT THEY HAD TO WALK IN TO BRING THE PRODUCTS INTO THE HOUSE SO IT WAS LEFT IN A VERY CLEAN STATE

    Excellent service and delivery in time!!!

    Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning is very reliable company, they stand to their words, they have excellent customer service they deliver what they say, I will love to give them business in future as well. forget to mention this was my send dealing with them, first I got installed furnace and now AC.

    Furnace and hot water tank installation

    I got Convertible heating and air to do a furnace and hot water tank installation. They did it at a fair price and the installation was good. No mess left. This is the second time I used Convertible Air and would use them again.

    Furnace Replacement

    They showed up on time, worked hard throughout the day. very good work an clean up after furnace was installed. I recommend this Company. Lets see how well furnace will work now...

    Furnace Installation

    The first meeting with Chris was efficient, quickly addressing my concerns and not overloaded with sales pitches. He outlined a few options and provided a fair price. After selecting this firm, the installation was done within days. Haven’t had the furnace for long, but no problems yet!

    AC Unit

    Salesperson was quick to respond to texts/emails. Was able to provide quote within 24hrs of visit. Installation team was very polite and thorough. Took time to explain aspects of installation and answer any questions I had.

    Excellent product, excellent service, easy to do business with!

    From the very start, our salesperson took a very thorough look at the job, provided great advice based on our home and talked to us about our options. She never tried to upsell us or pressure us into a decision. The day of installation went better than anyone could expect. The courteous and professional installers arrived on time and worked constantly throughout the day to make sure everything was taken care of. They were meticulous in their job (making sure everything was perfect) and tidied everything up before leaving. Overall, we received a great product, excellent service for a fantastic price!

    Installed new AC unit

    Sam the owner answered my call and personally ensured I got a reasonable estimate, prompt service, and flexible payment options. Rick who installed was friendly, communicated well and did a great job installing and cleaning up. I highly recommend Convertible.

    Furnace Install

    I am very impressed with the service from the Convertible guys. Chris quoted us an great price and offered some good advice. The Technicians were prompt, professional and clean. The install quality is excellent. Nothing more to say other than I would highly recommend them.
