    New Air Conditioner

    Called on Monday and was installed on Wednesday the technician was on time, did a great job, very friendly and answered all my questions I am very satisfied with the service

    Air conditionning unit installed

    Called Convertible, they came on a Sunday (how's that for customer service!). Discussed in depth our needs, talked about efficiency, pay back, government rebates, different models, warranties, importance of installation, etc...I asked a lot of questions, and Michael was responsive and respectful. The price quoted was fair. Set an installation date. They came exactly as promised. They executed exactly as promised. They did a clean professional job (very important for me). Very Happy!

    Air conditioning installation

    Installed new Amana air conditioner

    The installation of our new Amana air conditioner was sloppy BUT the company ensured all would be corrected to our satisfaction and it was done in a timely manner. We had trouble registering our warranty but again the company came through to assist us. Thank you for such quick and helpful customer service. :)

    Furnace replacement

    Our Sales Person Christopher was very impressive. First, he started off by making sure he was on time for the appointment...a bit early even (a very important quality). and he was very professional and courteous. Christopher was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain each one that we asked about to make sure we understood the different functions and what we would be getting in order for us to make an informed choice. The price he quoted was very reasonable and there were no additional cost. The gentlemen than installed the furnace were very professional. They were on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. Overall, I am very satisfied with Convertible Air's performance. Definitely a five star rating job well done.

    Furnace & A/C Installed

    Convertible Air were absolutely amazing, very helpful in explaining there products and what was good for my home. Friendly staff, definitely would and absolutely deal with Convertible Air again! There staff are very nice and helpful!

    Replacement of Furnace and Air Conditioner

    I did some research on various HVAC companies to replace my 20-year old furnace and Air Conditioner and found Convertible. It went above my expectations! I must admit that the service from start to finish was as smooth as it can be thanks to the professional service by the knowledgeable HVAC Consultant Michael and his wonderful crew. Michael provided the quotation and identified a personalized equipment package suitable for the house and proactively scheduled the appointment for me knowing the hot days in late August. He then provided audit information and contacts for rebates and thermostat recommendation. From then on, his installation crew was very courteous and professional in terms of answering questions and also laying down mats/blankets for them to walk on while carrying the furnace in order to protect the flooring. At the end, his crew stayed behind to answer questions on how to operate the furnace and AC and its maintenance. All in all, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

    Tankless Water Heater

    Convertible Heating & Air gave us a very reasonable quote and prompt installation. The technicians were very professional and suggested an alternate location, that we didn't consider, that was a much more effective and efficient use of space. They cleaned up afterwards and left the work area spotless.

    Outstanding Furnace Installation

    The work was done professionally and efficiently, done cleanly and the staff were able to provide solutions to the problems that were encountered while the project was ongoing. They left the workplace clean. The newly installed furnace was the only evidence of their presence. They even called to check if it was operating properly the following day. Overall very satisfied with Rick and his team, amazing job guys. I will definitely recommended to others.

    Goodman Furnace & AC

    Convertible Air provide Professional honest Service that attends to your home needs. I got several quotes from different companies and did a search and comparison between the different systems before we decided on Convertible Air. Sam (over the phone) and Michael (at home) explained different options and offered more than one system with a recommendation that best fits our needs. Installation was on time as promised and professional.
