    A/C installation

    Very happy with the Convertible Air. Grant was very helpful on the phone, guiding us through the various options for A/C units that would meet our requirements and our budget. After we made our selection, they were able to squeeze the installation in only two days later. For the installation, Dieter arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Thanks Convertible Air for a job well done!

    Furnace

    Convertible Heating is such a joy to work with, we had purchased our air condition and now we purchase our furnace, we are very happy with the work and the products, and the 10-year warranty for parts and labour is unbeatable.

    New Air Conditoner

    When I was told my A/C could not be repaired, I got quotes from several different companies. I went with Convertible Heating and Air conditioning. They responded in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable. As well , the price was reasonable and were able to accommodate me with next day installation. Installers arrived at scheduled time and unit was installed within time quoted (under 3 hours). Very happy with service and new A/C and will be recommending them.. Thank you very much!

    FURNACE AND AC INSTALLATION NO MUSS, NO FUSS!

    Very pleased with our experience with Convertible. Mike came out and did a quote for us last week. He listened to what we wanted and asked good questions to help us pick the equipment that we needed. We did not feel pressured or pushed in any particular direction just well informed. Our installation was booked for a week later. Our installers Eric and Kemmar were on time, very courteous and efficient. They answered all our questions and installed the furnace and AC in a timely manner. Once the work was done they cleaned up after themselves, accepted payment and were on there way leaving me with a nice cool house and a very pleasant experience. Thanks for the great service!

    2nd Time Around!

    We had Convertible Heating and Air replace the furnace and AC at our last house. They did such a great job, that we didn't even call around for quotes. Again they came in and explained the prices and equipment. They did a great job again in a timely manner. The work was completed in 5 hours. We would highly recommend them:)

    New air-conditioner (Carrier)

    I've been calling different companies and researching for quite a while. Then I found Convertibleair they're pricing was amazing. I had spoke with Chris he was very pleasant considering I had spoke with him around 50 times and not within one phone call...even answered on Sunday up north on his holiday. My installer Deter was great!!! He had to put up with me telling him where to place my unit, box etc......lol. He did a great job and left no mess. I highly recommend Convertibleair and will tell many people.

    New airconditiong unit installed

    We were without aircon during the 2 weeks of heatwave at the beginning of August, 2018. We got quotes from different companies but in the end settled on Convertible Heating and Air conditioning. They responded in a timely manner, were very knowledgeable, the price was reasonable and accomodated us within a week. On the day of the installation Peter arrived on time, installed our unit and was professional at all times. We are very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you very much!

    Hot water tank replacement

    Convertible always comes through, I noticed my hot water tank was leaking and called Chris, basically the next day it was replaced. The workers sent over where very professional and polite, they took care removing the old tank. I have been using Chris for many years for my family’s air con / furnace needs and will continue to do so and always recommend them. It’s a great honest company.

    Furnace and AC installation

    After I moved to my new house I had decided to upgrade my Furnace and AC together. I got the quoatation from various reputed companies. But their price was really good and competitive. And also the Sales person (Mike) was really good. He is always responsive either via call/email/text and giving his honest opinion. Mike give me different options regarding how to install the furnace and didn't force me to choose his direction, which is really good. On the installation date the technician come exactly on the time and did their hard work to finish the installation by noon and then tested air flow and temperature after the installation. Why little disappointed :- ----------------------------- Everything was good but except when the Technician left and I turn on the AC for sometime then I saw their is some water leakage from one the condenser pipe which is connected to my furnace. I called my sales guy (Mike) and he addressed the issue and told me that he will talk to the installer and ask him to call me back. Then after couple hours later installer called me and told me that he won't be able to come to my house same day but next day 1st thing in the morning. So I have to suffer that night by putting a small mug under the pipe and empty it when it got full. But next day at 8 AM they came and fixed that issue.

    Tankless Water Heater installed

    Called company. Spoke with rep right away. Had a rep come to the house in 2 days. Installed 3 days after. Arrived on time both visits. Very friendly & efficient technicians. Already tried it out and absolutely love it. No more monthly rental fees.
