    Furnace replacement

    I had my furnace replaced by these guys and they were great. Michael was great! He gave full information for the furnace quote and their price is competitive. I have shopped around and I highly recommend them. On the install day, they showed up on time and explained to me how the install will go. Overall it went smoothly and Im happy with it.

    Furnace,air conditioner,thermostat,humidifier, air filter

    I met the installers when our neighbour was getting a furnace and AC. I was so impressed and called for an appointment with Chris at Convertible by the end of the week I had a new furnace and air conditioner too. The quote was excellent but more important the installers Dave and Craig were outstanding. They worked the entire day to make sure everything was looked after for us and when they left they had cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are good people with great ethics. In fact I believe another neighbour has just used their service as well. I think it is a family business with family values and consideration of their customers. So as they celebrate their 50 years in business I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Chris, Dave and Craig for their service and for their caring approach to their customers. All of this and a 10 year warranty too!,Many thanks, M.L.

    Furnace and AC, humidifier, filter and thermostat

    This family run company is excellent for heating and cooling! Chris, our salesman, was honest, personable and efficient. He gave me a quote, did all the paperwork for the rebate program, set up the appointment for the install, explained everything I needed to know about my new system, and included all the costs. No hidden fees, I like that! The two fellows that came to install knew exactly what they were doing. They were professional, well organized, got the job done quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and kept everything neat. The energy audit was done and now I'm going to get back over $1700 towards my furnace! My home is now warm and my new furnace is working great, I can't wait to start up my AC. Thanks Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning!

    New Furnace and Water Tank

    I obtained several quotes to replace our almost 20-year old furnace. A few of the companies were close in price while others were way off the mark. I went with Convertible because they are a family-run business. The candidness and honesty of the owner was refreshing. Other companies emailed me responses whereas Sam picked up the phone and we talked about my project. One company that gave me an estimate, told me the manufacturer was offering a rebate. He told me this never happens...it's just a sales tactic to get me to commit. Sam sent his son to meet with me and give me an estimate. Chris was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained to me the differences between the various brands and how they ranked. No high-pressure sales pitch because they are NOT on commission. A week later my new high efficiency furnace and water tank were installed. Could not have been happier with the work Eric and Kumar performed. They even cleaned up after themselves and left the area cleaner than when they started. The entire project took only half a day and they did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to recommend Convertible to my family and friends.

    Furnace and A/C replacement

    I moved in to this house in summer and this is my first winter to use the furnace. Last week my eyes started feeling burning when I faced to the vent where the warm air blow out, so I called Convertible (my college recommended this company to me) for a technician to inspect. The technician found the heat exchanger was leaking and shut off the furnace for the safety concern. Marnie came over to my house the next day and recommended the options for the new furnace, she also found out my A/C was leaking for probably a long time(which might damage my furnace). My new furnace and A/C were installed by Adam and Adam on the following day, Two Adams worked hard and have done a very nice, clean and professional job! Really appreciate Convertible for their timely response and professional work.

    Good Service and a good price

    I was looking to purchase a Rinnai Tankless water heater. Convertible Heating team (Sam and Chris) gave me the best quote. After I finalized the plan to purchase it, rest of the process was almost hassle free. Chris came for a site inspection the very next day and gave me 4 different payment options. I already had an existing rental Tankless heater which Convertible Heating's Technician team (Adam and Adam) uninstalled for me (free of cost) and installed theirs at the same location. The technicians were knowledgeable and very friendly. Overall it was a pleasure to do business with Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and I would contact them again when I would be in need for a furnace. Very professionally run business!!!

    New furnace

    The Good News * Pleasant and helpful sales rep * Very professional, careful, and co-operative installation crew * It's difficult to compare across brands, but their quote was the lowest, and for a furnace at least as good as others quoted. *Furnace was installed in just a few days after I committed The Bad News - some communication problems *Installation crew showed up on wrong date, but I was able to accommodate them *To register warranty online, you must supply serial no. Installation crew gave me documentation with sticker plainly indicating serial no. It did not work. Head office told me to look inside furnace, where I found a number series that did work. Installation crew could easily have supplied this to me if they had known I needed it.

That sticker our technicians gave you was the barcode serial number label right off of the box from the manufacturer. So I'm not sure why you had to open the furnace as well to get the serial number, but either way if this is the only complaint then I am a very happy lady. And I'm not sure why our men showed up a day early -that is extremely odd, perhaps it was a data entry error by the salesperson who processed your order.     Professional install

    Great dealing with Convertible from the sales process through to installation. Chris was thorough in his analysis of our requirements without wasting time like other companies did. He provided all the necessary information in order to make the right decision. Installation was booked within a week and installed on time by a great crew.

    Replacing Furnace & Air Condition units

    The quote submitted by Convertible was reasonable. The sales person was knowledgeable and honest. The installers did a good and clean job. We are happy with the service we received from Convertible.

    Furnace and Hot Water Tank Replacement

    My Property insurance company suggested Convertible Air. I left an email request for a quote and had a same day call back from Sam. Christopher came to the house as scheduled and provided a firm quote and details. Work started as scheduled and two Installers/technicians completed the work professionally and per the quote. Energy rebate paperwork was completed and sent to me shortly afterwards. I’ve now had the furnace and water heater working for a few months without any problems. Very satistified from start to finish!
