    furnace

    My furnace was acting up so I called a few heating contractors and made appointments to diagnose the problem and get a price. First firm said furnace needed replacement and cut off the gas and provided a price. I preferred to check around so continued to get alternative prices. First 2 contractors made me uneasy with their dialog and selling pressure so when I met Chris from Convertible I felt a pleasant difference. Also the price was as advertised as opposed to the others. The installers also were personable and friendly, so I'm pleased that the job was handled well and at a good price.

    New Furnace

    From the Moment Marnie Came in to Quote us we knew they Were the ones we will get to do The work, I called and booked an Installation they came earlier then Scheduled, Dave & Craig Great Personality, Very Professional Got the Job done in Less then the Time it took the House to Cool down would gladly recommend them Great Job Thank You A & P Scarborough

    Furnace, A/C and hot water tank purchase and installation

    After receiving a few quotes, Convertible Heating and Air come up on top, not only with price but also with knowledge of the products. Once we committed in the purchase of the equipment, we received confirmation on the install date and sure enough the Installers showed up on the date of installation and they installed all the equipment in the two days as promised. Great service Guys!! would recommend Convertible Heating and Air. Nino

    ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER

    We had our 20+ y o furnace replaced. Everything went very smooth and efficient. Chris the salesperson has visited us on Wednesday and Monday next week we got our new furnace installed by Kamil and Joe. All guys are quite knowledgeable and customer-oriented. I would recommend this company.

    Install of new furnace, a/c and tankless

    After meeting with and getting quotes from several companies, we decided to use Convertible to install a new furnace, air conditioning unit and tankless water heater in our home. The price was very competitive, and the knowledge and interest in the work by Marnie made us comfortable that we were making the right choice. She provided insight into each of the products, and which ones would be most appropriate for our house. The work itself was done very well - the house is over 100 years old, with tight spaces and challenges to overcome for the installation, but all was done professionally and efficiently by the crew (Kamil and Joe). The work was done in the 2 day time frame that was allotted, and had minimal impact on our schedule as the heat was back on after day 1. Overall, it was a great experience and i would recommend Convertible to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price.

    Thornhill

    We had a furnace, air conditioner and a tankless water heater installed by Convertible Heating and A/C in November. We had a number of quotes, but were particularly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Marni (Sales Rep). She answered our many questions and provided us with additional insight and recommendations. The installation crew (Kamil and Joe) completed the work in the two days allotted. They were friendly, accommodative and efficient throughout the installation. My wife was impressed with their respect of our home and the instant removal of the old furnace, A/C etc. The high quality of the workmanship throughout the installation left us with the comfort that we chose the right Company for the job.     Furnace Install

    Our 20 year old furnace had a cracked heat ex-changer. After speaking with various companies, we decided to call Convertible Heating. Marnie arrived to assess the furnace. She was amazing and gave us a honest estimate of what we needed. The price was great and the next day new furnace was installed. I have referred them to my in-laws who are getting a new furnace today. Highly recommend this company!

    Furnace on Short Notice

    Our furnace conked out. After speaking with various companies, we decided to call Convertible Heating on Friday Nov 10th in the morning. By 1:00, the Sales Consultant, Mike arrived to assess the furnace. He was knowledgeable and informative. By 7:00 PM, we received the estimate via emailed and finalized it the next day with a scheduled installation. Thank you Mike for dropping off those heaters to keep us warm until installation!! The Installer, Deiter arrived on time and our furnace and A/c was installed by Nov 15th. He was professional, friendly, informative, engaging and provided excellent customer service (with a smile). It was a pleasure working with you, Deiter!! I will definitely recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning.

    Furnace & A/C Installation

    Our furnace had conked out. After speaking with several companies, we finally decided to call Convertible Heating the morning of Friday, Nov 10th. By 1:00 P.M., the Consultant, Mike had arrived to assess the situation. He was very thorough and informative. By 7:00 P.M that same day, he was able to email an estimate which was finalized the following day with a scheduled installation for Monday, Nov 13th at 9:00 A.m. Mike also dropped off heaters to keep us warm until installation -- Thank you so much, Mike!! The Installer, Deiter arrived promptly on Monday morning. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and provided excellent service with a smile – it was a pleasure to work with you, Deiter! I will definitely refer others to this company.     Furnace and A/C installed on short notice

    My A/C stopped working in the summer and I decided to go without until my furnace died, which it did this fall just as temperatures dropped. I called for an estimate on a Sunday, had an in-home estimate completed on Tuesday by Chris and had a new furnace and A/C installed on the Friday by Rick and Bill. Chris patiently explained the rebate option and energy audit process for this newbie. Rick and Bill did a great job and were quite patient and forgiving (they arrived earlier than expected and I had spent the night at my parents because I was cold.) I've already recommended Convertible Air to a friend.
