Marcio, you are a kind man for taking the time to do this review. Working in the older parts of Toronto, we encounter difficult jobs everyday, and unlike most other companies who run away from it, we send in the big guns, own technicians, who can figure out any complicated job. And you are right, Kemar & Eric really are the cream of the crop when it comes to quality of workmanship and phenomenal attitude while doing so. I'm lucky to have many crews like that. Thank you for this vote of confidence, we really appreciate it and are so glad it worked out for you, and the best part is that in the end of the tough job, we were able to accomplish the impossible and eliminate the need to vent all the way up the chimney which saved you $1000 at the last minute. That makes us feel good too, when most companies would be disappointed at the lost revenue, we were really happy to keep that money in your pocket thanks to the amazing feat that Kemar & Eric pulled off.
