    Great Service

    Convertible Air and Heating - Really impressed with there customer service and reasonable costs. Michael our sales rep was very thorough, answered all my questions regarding how everything would work, rebates, etc and sold me what my family needed, not the Cadillac priced version as other companies tried. Regarding the install, Brandon and team were fast, clean, answered all my questions and were completed in 1/2 day which was great. Overall my experience with this company has been great and i would highly recommend for referrals.

    Fix a furnuce

    I purchased from this company in 2010 AC and a furnace. The Furnace broke on 2017. I called them ask to come and look into it. It took them 2 days to come and when someone came they didn't have the part and I had to wait another 2 days. Despite the fact that it state on the invoice that I had 10 years parts & Labour warranty they refused to honour it. Furthermore, I spoke to sandi from the main office that was extremely rude. He wanted to speak to my husband when I told him I don't have one, he was shocked. I wouldn't recommend them as they are unreliable, slow and are not yet at the 20th century!!!!!

    I wish customers could take a few days to think over the situation before leaving such slanderous reviews. I was party to the phone conversation this customer had with Sam and "rude" is not how I would describe him. After telling the customer many times something that she did not want to hear I could hear him getting annoyed, & I could tell that the voice on the other end was barely listening to any explanations he was trying to offer. After being happy for over 7 years with our service and the product we installed this customer became very upset when she found out that her obligations were not met in order to maintain her warranty. Clearly stated on the front of our invoice, and in the furnace documentation, is that products must be registered online in order to receive the 10 year coverage, otherwise it defaults to 5. We also have no records of the customer maintaining the equipment in the 7 years it has been operating at her home. This is also clearly stated on the front of our invoice as a requirement to maintain warranty. It is also stated in the manufacturers warranty certificate and is generally common knowledge. I don't know what else to say other than this seems to be customer who wants to take out her frustrations on us for a situation that she has caused herself. If you check our many reviews you will find that our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with our products and services. Grant White Service Manager

    New furnace, humidifier and thermostat

    Our sales person Mike was very quick to respond and to get the quote done also very friendly and informative. The price and product were the best out of all the quotes I received and the install happened 2 days after my quote and went beautifully. Would definitely recommend this company and use again myself.

    furnace

    Kemar and his partner were excellent. they answered my questions, showed me what they were doing around the new furnace and installed new pipes to the outside. i would recommend CONVERTIBLE to anyone. thanks.....TOM in GRIMSBY.

    New High Efficiency Furnace

    I was a very happy customer 4 years ago in my previous home. After moving recently we needed a new furnace and Convertable Air was definitely our go-to company, and we are so glad to say that they did a great job again! Our consultant was Michael and the installer Deiter were both wonderful to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend Convertable Air to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning sales and service. Also want to say congratulations for 50 years in business!!!!

    Installation of New Furnace

    My 18 year-old furnace was on its last legs and needed to be replaced. I spent a few weeks meeting with a number of suppliers and getting quotes. I made the decision to go with Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. There were a few factors involved with this decision. I felt that the salesman, Michael Edwards, was very knowledgeable and honest. He pointed out some things that none of the other salespeople addressed. For example, he said that the new exhaust pipe needed to be insulated because it ran under the deck. None of the other representatives mentioned this. Also, he did not try to over-sell. His company has choices in their offerings. He proposed the furnace he felt was the right one - not the most expensive one. As such, the price was quite attractive. I know that no matter which furnace is installed, problems will occur if it is not installed correctly. Michael said his company has very experienced installers, and he wasn't kidding. I was most impressed with the pride and workmanship that was exhibited by the installers Dave and Craig. They certainly have the experience and a good work ethic.. They arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early) and completed the job quickly and very professionally. In summary, I have no problem recommending Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    Furnace and AC was replaced professionally and the work was great. Guys worked straight through until it was done. They did'nt try to up sell anything and was up front about the installation. Hope to get the water heater done next.

    New furnace

    From the initial quote I felt comfortable with this company , sales person was honest and knowledgeable . Install went smooth quick and clean . I would recommend them to everyone !

    New Furnace

    Great customer service. I got a new furnace installed by convertible. The owner Marnie came to my house to give me my quote. She gave me multiple options and price ranges to fit my budget. Installers were great, they showed up on time and completed the job on time and were professional and polite. All went smooth and now have my new furnace up and running. Cant ask for much more than that

    Furnace Replacement

    Very easy installation. The work was completed within a few hours. Great communication with Chris for questions and information. Had two crews coming in the same day, roofers and heating install. Chris communicated this with his team and didn't have any issues. Thank you,
