    Furnace and Air conditioning

    I have a good experience with the crew chef Adam, young guy very friendly, very patient with my demand and also with all my question. Crew chef Adam also had a worker call Adam, also amazing very nice guys. Josh the apprentice also very nice and helpful. I was watching them to the all process and they don't seem to mind. Got them relocate my air conditioning location also change my mind about putting the air conditioning on a cement slab to a bracket and they did seem to mind.

    Fast, Efficient, Friendly

    I saw Convertible's Ad in the paper and decided to give them a call. Marnie (who is the owner's daughter) was so pleasant on the phone. She walked us through every step of the way. She told us exactly what we needed and the costs associated upfront. I would highly recommend them for installation. The installation was so professional and they laid down mats so that the floors wouldn't get dirty. I am impressed to say the least. Thanks you Convertible Air for the awesome work you do!

    new furnace, water tank and air conditioning

    We were very impressed with the service we received from Convertible. Chris was awesome and very helpful! His team of installers were very professional, courteous and did an amazing job! We would highly recommend this company to our family and friends! Thank you again!

    New Furnace

    Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my parents furnace recently and they did a fantastic job. Marnie, one of the owners, took the time on a Friday late evening to explain which furnaces would best be suited for their home and did so patiently and in great detail. She was wonderful to deal with and their prices were very competitive. On install day, the 2 techs that came were professional, courteous and took time to explain their work which was done extremely well. They take great pride in their work and it shows. Would definitely recommend and use again!

    New Furnance

    Convertible Heating & Air always delivers top-notch service! I bought my first furnace over 15 years ago and the service was amazing. Over the years I continue to go back for all my HVAC product and service needs. I just replaced that furnace and the knowledgeable and pleasant staff worked hard to understand my HVAC needs and matched-up the right product for my home. Always a great experience.

    Hot Water Freedom

    As a discerning homeowner I really wanted a company that would do a top quality job. The two Adams did a superlative installation of my tankless water heater and re-venting of the furnace and were unfailingly professional, efficient and polite. In fact, everyone from Convertible Air exceeded my expectations (not an easy thing to do)! Thank-you all so much for such a seamless and pleasant experience!!!!

    New furnace, humidifier, a/c AND watertank install

    Convertible installed my original A/C 15 years ago-and never had an issue, so I called them again to replace all of my aging HVAC equipment including purchasing a new watertank rather than renting from Enercare. Adam and his team of installers did a very clean and professional install and explained everything along the way. Convertible's pricing came in WAY less than Enercare's to install the exact same Furnace and AC models.

    Furnace, A/C, humidifier and water heater installation

    I am so pleased and impressed with Convertible heating's service. I was in the middle of an emergency situation because my water heater broke. Marnie was very kind to call me back at 10 pm during the night. Chris came the other day to give the pricing and options available. and it was very competitive and good quality options. We ended up installing a furnace and AC because ours was very old anyways. David came on time. He is very courteous, professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He did a fantastic Job! My daughter recommended me to them as they also did their furnace and AC back in 2015 from them. I would definitely recommend their service to family and friends. In fact I already did to one of my relatives. Thanks Convertible heating..you guys are wonderful.

    Furnace, A/C and Water Heater Replacement

    Due to our old furnace and air conditioning system it was time to get a new one. Along with the furnace and A/C, we were offered a new tank-less water tank for a great deal. Throughout the installation, the workers were very hard working and got the job done in such cold weather. Great company and I'm willing to recommend this company to anyone.

    Furnace

    I was referred to Convertible Air by my ex-husband who received 4 quotes & went with Convertible Air. He knows 2 other people who had 3-4 quotes & also picked Convertible Air. I have been dealing with a furnace with an attitude that decides to work when it wants to. With a temperature of 59 degrees & colder weather on the way i decided i did not want to play the furnace attitude game anymore. I arranged with Mike to get a quote on a new furnace. Mike was awesome explaining all details & prompt with a full outlined quote. I went with Convertible Air I did not need to get multiple quotes. I arranged a date for the new furnace. Dieter installed my furnace & explained the process. I had the confidence that Dieter was going to do a great job and was not disappointed. I was impressed. He clean & removed any garbage from my home. I would definitely refer anyone to Convertible Air. Great Company. Great Guys.
