Thanks to Chris and everyone at Convertible. Our furnace broke down and Chris was at our place in no time. He sat with us and was very knowledgeable and sympathetic. We had our furnace in the very next day (as well as we decided to replace A/C unit.) The installer was quick and tidy. Thank you all so much!!

Was very satisfied with the sales and service I received from convertible. Chris scheduled my installation quickly and Kamil and James did a great job with the installation. They were friendly, neat and efficient. I am very happy with my tankless water heater and will definitely recommend and contact Convertible in the near future when my A/C and furnace need replacing.

Our furnace was on the verge of breaking down and a representative visited our home after a quick call to Convertible. Both our furnace and A/C were very old and needed replacing but we had no idea what type of products were available in the market now. We were put at ease and felt confident with our choice of purchases due to sound advice and great knowledge put forth by the representative. The installers replaced the old with the new the very next day. We were very pleased with how professional and efficient they were. All our inquiries were answered politely and thoroughly. Kudos to Convertible for leaving us such positive experience!!!

We just purchased a "used" home with older furnace and a/c units. After receiving our first gas and hydro bills we knew we needed a new furnace. Since the a/c unit was approx. the same age we decided to do both. We are very happy we did. The sales man and the installers were very polite and explained everything so that we were comfortable with our purchase. We so far we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you!

Couple of months ago I started interviewing HVAC companies for a following job: oil furnace replacement with the gas one, electrical hot water heater replacement with the gas one, and an installation of a new AC. I went to Home Stars, pulled some 10 or so companies and contacted them to give me a quote. Some 5 or 6 replied to my request, and within next 2 weeks I had representatives from each coming to my house to see what needs to be done and provide me with a quote. Chris from Convertible Air was one of those. He reviewed the site, we've discussed various options, and he gave me a quote on the spot. Since some other companies just gave me the price for the whole job, I've asked them all again to provide it in the itemized list. Chris decided to come to my house to walk me through each item on the list. He also told me how the process works with rebates and Enbridge, since I also needed a new gas line for my house. So I've decided to go with his company - they seemed to have experience, are not too small and not too big, and him replying very quickly to my emails, texts and phone calls, with willingness to come when situation required it, gave me an assurance. Did I mention that I changed my mind for the third time about HWH, and changed the job? Chris dropped in again (the 3rd time) to provide me with an updated quote. The work was to be done before Christmas 2016, but in the end, although preparations for it went faster than I expected, it got pushed for the first week of January this year. The first team (2 people) that Convertible had sent showed up at my door on Jan 3, presented their gas licenses (Chris provided other insurance and license papers to me earlier on), and started their work, but had to leave mid-day. I was afraid that the work will not be done in 3 days, as was agreed. But the next day another crew, this time of 3 people, showed up. One of the new guys was Convertible's most experienced installer. They found solutions for various challenges my space presented, worked around a separate crew that came to take my oil tank out of the basement, and in the end all work was done in time. They even managed to get Enbridge inspection come the same day (thanks to Enbridge too for accommodating it!). No project can't go without at least some small hiccups. This one was no different, and couple of smaller issues happened with this one too. But Convertible recognized it, and either corrected it the same or the next day, or compensated me for it where more appropriate. Again, those were no big issues, but it was nice having someone to talk to directly who listens you, and respects your opinion and time. In the end, Convertible justified their high ranking from this site. Their pricing was reasonable, they did a quality job (according to Enbridge inspection), did it in the agreed time even under trying circumstances, and they demonstrated they own and stand behind their work. I plan on continuing to using them in the future.

We had a very old furnace that stopped working. It was replaced within 24 hours. The service was great. All our options were explained, and all the available rebates were offered to us. We're very happy.

Chris and Dieter did a fine job. This is my second experience with Convertible after AC install a few years ago. Furnace is a lot quieter and home comfort is much improved. Highly recommend.

Sales person was very accommodating and arrived exactly when he said he would. He made a couple of recommendations that would fit our needs and arranged prompt service for a new furnace and AC. The installers were capable and fast. The old equipment was taken away. I would not hesitate to recommend Convertible heating and air to friends and family.

After having Convertible replace our decades-old AC and furnace over the past year+, we were delighted to once again have them help us with this next big investment, a new hot water heater. Mike provided excellent sales service, responded quickly and comprehensively to my request and follow-up questions and ultimately, reminded me of one of the reasons that I like working with Convertible so much -- the excellent customer service. Then, when it came time for the work to be done, Adam and his crew were excellent -- they assessed the situation, got to work, and as with earlier AC and furnace work done by Toby and his crew, left our furnace room cleaner than when they got there! All in all, I highly recommend Convertible for their excellent customer service, fantastic work crews, and competitive rates, to boot.
