    Furnace Installation

    When I got home from work last Friday evening, I realized that the AC wasn't working. I called Convertible (since they had previously installed a new water heater for me) and they said they could send a technician in the morning. The technician arrived promptly and told me that my blower fan was broken and a replacement would cost $1500-$2000. He recommended installing a new furnace since the current furnace was over 15 years old. I agreed to learn more and a salesman was over a few hours later and said he could have a new one installed Monday morning. After doing some more research over the weekend and asking the salesman some more questions, I decided to go with the new furnace. The installers showed up a little before 9 am and completed their work by around 1:30 pm. They answered all of my questions about maintenance and features. I would happily recommend Convertible Air and I would call them again for future issues.

    new central air

    great salesman Mike came to our home and he did not push us into buying anything that we didnt need, which is nice to see for once , our service tech was awesome too he did a great job, but i cant remember his name sorry starts with a D!!!

    central air conditioner

    Our A/C decided to give up and the house was in the high 90's I decided to look through the companies on Homestars deciding that Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning was the one to contact. I called and talked to Marnie Amodeo who walked me through the process of what size of A/C would be the best for our home. Marnie was friendly, knowledgeable as well as funny. The two installers arrived early which was perfect and immediately went to work. They moved the old A/C as it was blocking the dryer vent to a better location. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions including why they had a thermometer in one of the vents. They cleaned and removed the old A/C as well as made sure that everything was working to their satisfaction which impressed me. The house was in the high 90's and feeling cold air from the ducts brought the temperature down to a comfort level that we like in a very short time. I highly recommend this company and when my furnace goes I will contact them to replace it. My neighbors came over and couldn't believe how quiet the A/C was. A 10+

    Purchase & Installation of Furnace & Water Heater

    Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job! Marnie went through the options for our furnace and water heater needs and answered all of our questions. The price was competitive and service top notch. They were able to arrange the installation within days of signing. The installation team was also very professional and incredibly knowledgeable.

    Installation of Aircondition

    I am satisfied with the service that the company provided us. The sales person provided enough information to help us make our mind. The licensed technicians were punctual and very efficiently did their work in the timely manner.

    Tankless Water Heater Install

    Just had my new water heater installed and I'm really happy I selected Convertible to do the work. I received a number of quotes and this was the most competitive quote; one that was backed up with qualified and experienced staff. Michael provided three different good options to choose from. There is no hard sell for the pricer option here, which I appreciated. Dieter the installer was fantastic. Arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up. He persevered, even after hitting his head several times quite badly on the low ceiling. Everyone I dealt with from this company was respectful and a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a new water heater, or for that matter a furnace or AC, I recommend contacting Convertible.

    Air Conditioner unit installation

    Good job overall -- the installation team was very patient with our project, as it was a more difficult installation than normal due to the age of our house. Marlee and her team did their best to satisfy our needs. Would recommend!

    Save our lives

    Just have to leave this note saying how pleased and lucky I chose this company to replace my central air conditioner. It was probably the hottest day on record that Friday, and Thursday before didn't my central air stop working. I phoned convertible Thursday and they were here in the scorching heat on Friday replacing the unit. Highly recommended, I'd go nowhere else. Sandy

    AC, Humidifier & Smart Thermostat Installation

    Overall, very prompt and good service by Sandy, Chris and their team at Convertible. We had an Amana AC, a humidified and an ecobee thermostat installed. We received prompt and friendly, low-key service from Sandy and Chris, who also informed us about the best options for our installation. The installation was scheduled within days and completed quickly and cleanly. I only wish the crew had given the thermostat installation a bit more thought, as I now have to cover up the cable that couldn't be installed in the wall. Not ideal. Otherwise, we're satisfied with the work and the price.

    Furnace/Tankless W/Heater

    Brad, Carlos and Dan arrived on time and went about the job very professional and completed the complicated install in less than 5 hrs. Finished off and left the site in perfect condition. Sandy/Sam and Mike both provided valuable advice in the selection of the equipment to be installed. Price and payment options were very competitive too.
