    Heating and Air Installation

    The installation team were very quiet, quick and efficient. They laid tarps down to ensure they did not track dirt through the house. They explained everything they were doing and how the systems operated. Was also pleased with the follow up call next day from Chris. Very satisfied overall and will recommend Convertible Heating and Air to our neighbours.

    New Heater Tank

    The call to confirm my address, within 15min they were at my door they were fast and inefficient and friendly everything was install very nicely my mother use convertible 5yrs ago and she told me to make sure use them.

    Furnace Installation

    I am very happy with this professional Installation. Thanks to Brandon and Josh. I have my basement and deck finished, however, It was done very fast and all cleaned up in the end.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    The installation was quick and the guys seemed very knowledgeable, suggesting appropriate placement and double-checking before they did any work. After they left, we discovered that our builder had incorrectly wired the furnace which led the air conditioner to not turn off at all, regardless of what the thermostat said. We called Convertible and the installer, Roop, called back within 15 minutes to try to walk us through a quick fix. When that didn't work, he promised to come back the next day (a Sunday) which he did. He took a look again and then provided a detailed explanation of what we would need to tell the builder to fix the problem. We were very impressed with the service provided by Convertible, particularly on the weekend.

    Boiler replacement

    From start to finish I had a great experience with Convertible. From the sales rep. Sean coming to quote the job to Tom coming to confirm venting and then installation, everything went smoothly and as discussed. They worked clean and efficiently and were done when they said they would be. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.

    Air Condition Installation

    My friend negotiated for Amana A/C for our home and at the appointed time, the technician came over and started installing. He explained all the possibilities of wiring and ducting. Once the appropriate choice was made, the technician installed the A/C taking care of even minor details. We are extremely satisfied with the terms and installation

    Air Conditioner

    Over all it was great experience with Convertible Air. First, I found sales representative Chris very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave right tips and save my money. His deal was so good that I brought two of my neighbors as well; altogether we had three Amana ASX160301 Air conditioners installed. Second, installation team arrived well in time. They were actual tech team, they knew what they are doing, provided helpful tips and did excellent job.

    Furnace Insulation

    The men were great with the insulation. They provided me great maintenance tip. They were very friendly and was well educated with any questions I had. Will recommend you to all my friends

    Furnace & air conditioner

    The workers arrived in good time and went to work immediately. Their work ethic was exceptional and they were very friendly and efficient. They explained (in detail) the workings of both of the new units. Once fitted they removed both old units as well as all debris and did a fantastic clean up job. Highly recommended workers and a real credit to their employers.

    Central Air Conditioner

    They arrived nice and early and had the job completed by mid day. I am very satisfied with the cost of the new air conditioner. I also got a nice new thermostat installed too.
