    Air Conditioner

    We used Convertible to have an air conditioner installed in our new home last week. I dealt with Marny over the phone and she was a wonderful, nice, upfront person to deal with. The technician that came to do the install was very nice and professional. When he was done he showed my husband everything and explained the install. I would definitely use them again!

    Maintenance, A/C, Furnace, Waterless Tank + Duct Cleaning

    As usual, no different than any other year, Raj and Gord & staff provided exemplary service to my A/C, Furnace, Waterless Tank, and Ducts. The appliances were all purchased from Convertible previously (2012, 2014). With Convertible I have full confidence in the quality of product and service. Thank you for your professional courtesy and ethical approach. Recommended without reservation.

    Air Conditioning

    We just had a new American Standard air conditioning unit installed by Convertible. They were exceptionally professional through all stages of the process and we couldn't be more delighted. Very good value for money too. I recommend Convertible highly.

    Change AC

    Excellent service! We need to change our air conditioning, which was the original one more than 30 years old. A representative explain our options and recommend us an HE Amana. The technicians came as scheduled and done a very professional job. I contacted the representative next day to claim the ac cover that was offered verbally during the quotation, and he said will have the office ship it to me. It's a peace of mind you know your ac is under cover during winter time, thank you Chris!

    Water Heater Replacement

    Thanks to Convertible Air for another job well done. I had contracted their services in the past to install a central air conditioning unit and was very satisfied with the customer contact, the quality and cleanliness of the install and the price too. So naturally, I contacted them when came the time to ditch the old Reliance water heater and get my own. Once again, service was top notch with prompt email replies, good pricing and pleasantly learned that they would even take care of returning the Reliance water heater to them upon installation of the ne one. Overall, I am very pleased that I used Convertible Air again, and will not hesitate to do so in the future when the opportunity will arise. Special thanks to Marnie for great customer service!     Furnace and A/c

    The laborers that installed furnace were great, cordial and clean. Sean was amazing. Supplied custom fit filter. He made my dad so happy that he got a hug. New equipment working great so far. Follow up inspection was done promptly.

    Sales rep Chris was upfront and knowledgeable, Technician Adam completed the job with care and patience, Work was done to our satisfaction on time in a day with reasonable price and Will definitely recommend this company to anyone. With this company no extra hassle or hidden cost. They are honest and reliable. thank you very much.

    furnace and air conditioning

    I had several projects with convertible air with Sam the owner for air conditioning and furnaces. the technicians are always on time. The service was excellent. The costs are reasonable. I would highly recommend the company to my friends.

    furnace

    I was very pleased with the service that we received from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. We had two guys that came in and worked very hard to install our new furnace. Both were extremely professional and polite. Christopher Amodeo was a great help!! . I would recommend this company. Thank you !!

    New Furnace Install

    I am a first-time home owner and had no experience with furnaces, hwts, and humidifiers etc. I was shopping around for a new furnace and I must say that no other company can come close to Convertible's price. Luckily, I dealt with Sean (sales person at Convertible). He is an amazing amazing guy. I asked so many questions and he kept answering via email, text, phone patiently. He also dealt with condo corporation promptly. The technician they sent (on Apr 09 ie. yesterday) had 20 years of experience (but with no attitude) and did everything professionally. So far, no complaints and the whole experience dealing with Convertible has been satisfactory. They have to do A/C and humidifier maintenance for me next month, so I'll try to update the review with that experience as well.
