    A/C Unit

    All the staff from the sales rep to the installers were great. The installers came on time, explained everything and took the time to answer all our questions. They were thorough, friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again!

    tankless

    Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning installed our tank less system for us. From the beginning to the end it was great dealing with them. Chris came gave us some options went over everything with us and the next day he had his guys come in to install it. Kamil and Josh were very pleasant and kind. Which made us feel more comfortable leaving them in our home unattended. Once they finished they cleaned up everything. They left the area they were working in spotless. I would definitely recommend their services to others. Thanks for the great work guys!

    air conditioner

    Professional, prompt, neat, courteous is the only way to describe these 2 Hamilton installers. They answered my questions thoroughly, were patient and polite. The job they did was amazing! Exceptional!

    Air Conditioner

    Our pre-installation phone consultation was very helpful. All our questions were answered very thoroughly. The installation team was punctual, efficient and tidy. We are very pleased with our unit and the service we received.

    Heating and A/C

    Our furnace died unexpectedly so we needed to replace furnace and a/c. Called Convertible Heating and they gave us an approx replacement cost over the phone which was a great start. Not as much as I expected. They were completely upfront from the beginning. Chris came to give us a quote and explained our options in detail. He was professional and knowledgable. Cost was reasonable and he didn't try and oversell or pressure. They even have great financing options if needed. They are doing the paperwork for the rebate for us. 2 days later we had new furnace and a/c installed by them. The two installers were great. They were friendly and explained everything and answered all questions. They left their work area clean. Not even a scratch! Very pleased. Definately recommend.

    New Hot Water Tank

    I spoke to Chris Mar 16th 2015, explaining to him that I required a New Power Vented Hot water tank, he asked a few questions to determine where our tank was located in house and access to nearest outside, Tank size and the gave me a installed Price, which I accepted, Install was scheduled for 3 days later between 9 & 11 am. His team were prompt, they came in assessed the situation, They were finished in 1 1/2 hrs. The Best Home Service I have ever experienced. The 2 Serviceman were young, Clean and Polite, took Old Tank & Old stuff away. Top notch company & professional installation. Thanks for a enjoyable Experience. Don S Mississauga.

    Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning

    Woke up 8 am and smoke filled the upstairs. Upon further evaluation the furnace's circuit board was fried. Called Chris at Convertible Air based on a reference. Chris was at my house by 11 am. He had a crew at my house by 2 pm. My new furnace was installed by 6pm. Installers walked me through the entire process. Best of all was a very reasonable price compared to other quotes who try and take advantage of your emergency situation. Thanks to the entire team at Convertible Air. I will recommend you to everyone I know!

    Furnace Repair

    I was completely HAPPY with the service of Raj. He was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. We spoke on the phone and he diagnosed the problem and he even brought the right parts prior to coming for the appointment. I was so happy that he even came the day after the snow storm but he realized that since it was so cold outside he didn't want my family to stay cold another minute. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY and is probably the best service I have ever experienced from anyone. Thanks so much for fixing my furnace problem. I would highly recommend!!

    Furnace Repair (Blower Motor)

    Called Marnie based on a friend's recommendation and she assigned Ken (serviceman) to check things out. Ken showed up when he said he would and provided an honest and thorough assessment of the situation. Turns out we needed a new blower motor for the furnace. Ken did the work and ensured that everything was working perfectly and cleaned up the area he was working in. **Bonus - I asked Ken about the proper settings for our furnace humidifier because it was so dry in our house and he noticed that it wasn't working at all and not only did he take the time to explain the proper settings he fixed it, what a difference that has made! I would not hesitate to recommend Convertible to my family and friends, thank you Marnie and Ken for everything!!!!!

    Furnace

    Had new heater within 18 hours installed and have recommended a friend already - his installed same day! Have been very impressed with this company and will continue to recommend
