Marnie and her team really rallied and came through for us on one of the coldest days this winter when our old furnace conked out! We'd had her come by for a consult previously and when we were in trouble she pulled through and we had a new furnace installed the next day. She also thoughtfully dropped off space heaters for us to stay warm before and during the install. Toby, our installer, was polite, knowledgeable, professional and made every effort to keep things clean while installing the new furnace and venting and he did a great job! His brother Sam was terrific too. We couldn't be happier with the expedited service/Install we received! Our home is once again comfortable and cozy no matter what the temperature outside is. We are so happy we chose Convertible and put our trust and faith in Marnie!!! We highly recommend them as they really do care about their clients! Thanks to Marnie and her whole team!!!

I called the company asking for help regarding my no heat problem. Within an hour he called me back with answers to my questions. He explained available options to me that was easy for me to understand. Sean from sales was professional in our conversation. I had called other companies and found convertible heating & AC to be reasonable in pricing. I was able to have my no heat problem resolved quickly and now there is heat in my house. Thanks!

From Hans who was initially sent out to diagnose our broken(25 year old) furnace to Brandon and Josh who came and did the subsequent installation, everyone was professional, friendly and did fantastic work. Hans spoke matter of factly to us about our options with zero sales pressure. He pointed out the rusted vent that was in starting to need replacement along with the main blower and possibly the circuit board as well. Once we weighed our options and decided to go with a new American Standard, Brandon and Josh were at our doorstep at 8:30 am the next morning. They were done before 11am, working efficiently and presenting me the options of where to put the direct vent, the condensate line, and not minding answering all my inquisitive questions! Great company, positive attitude, will use again.

My furnace died and need to be replaced, as replacement parts & labour was going to be expensive, so I decided to replace as opposed to repair. Called Convertible Air, who I bought my initial furnace from in 1998 and spoke with Marnie, who also sold me my initial furnace. Marnie provided me with great selection, sound advise and a great price, a pleasure to deal with. Installer Dieter was awesome. He showed about a hour earlier than expected, which great as I was without heat and explained all that was going to be done. He did exactly as he stated, no surprises, did a meticulous job and left my place very clean. A very enjoyable experience under a stressful time with no heat and Convertible Air came thru with flying colours. I would recommend anyone to use Convertible Air for their Heating and AC needs, you will not be disappointed.

We cannot say enough good things about convertible heating and air conditioning. We contacted them with regards to replacing our furnace and hot water heater and Chris was in the next day and provided us with an extremely competitive quote that was the best price from the five quotes we received. He was great at making us understand our heating and water heater needs and answered all our questions in person and over the phone (at any time of the day). Chris was able to organize an installation for us within days of giving us a quote! On the day of installation, Dave had come in to install our furnace and water heater and provided great work and care in what he did. However, it was not until the evening that blew me away regarding their customer service. Unfortunately, in the evening I had run into an issue with my thermostat. A quick phone call to Chris and he was able to work with me in resolving my issues. He made several phone calls and had an installer call me to work me through my issues. WOW! He and Kamil the installer were both great and were very kind and understanding of my situation. Nonetheless, they had the solution to my problem and it was clear sailing after that. This company truly cares about its clients. We are quite vigilant and do extensive research before hiring any company and convertible heating and air-conditioning by far surpassed our expectations in terms of service, value, quality and true kindness. We will be recommending Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to family and friends for years to come!

My furnace began to fail over the winter holidays in 2014, giving my wife and I ample time to bring in several companies (all with stellar ratings on HomeStars) to quote on the job of replacing our current furnace. We literally finished our basement two months prior, and as part of the replacement we would need to upgrade the PVC exhaust pipe and run new intake pipes through our ceiling. After receiving 5 quotes, my uncle (who just finished having his furnace replaced) gave me Sean's number and suggested I hold off on making a decision until Convertible could come and quote on the job. What a Godsend that was! Sean was super professional, caring, and down to earth. He didn't try to close the deal aggressively, and was honest about what work needed to be done. I ended up deciding on the American Standard Gold ZM furnace, which Convertible was able to install for the same price as the Rheem unit some other deaelers were pushing. They correctly sized the furnace for the space (my previous unit was 20,000 btu too large!) and scheduled the installation with only two days' lead time. He also hooked me up with the Duct Cleaners who I cannot say enough good things about either. The lead installer, Adam, showed up shortly after the duct cleaners. I cannot express my gratitude enough towards the precise, professional work he did. He made clean cuts into my finished ceiling to install the venting pipes that I was later able to drywall and are now invisible. His pipe work was super tight, and because of the difficulty of the install and even in the tight space, he was able to custom-fashion both the new boot I requested and modify the General Air humidifier to ensure a tight seal on the bypass. They helped with running additional thermostat cable for my new smart thermostat, and was legitimately one of the best contractors I've ever dealt with, period. Top marks to the owner of Convertible, because they've created a culture that understands and respects customer service, honesty, integrity, and professional work. 10/10. I've already recommended their work to several of my friends that are homeowners and know that when it's time to replace my A/C, Convertible will be getting my call. Thanks again Adam and Sean.

Great Service for a Great Price - I had an existing tankless water heater that stopped working after about 11 years. The unit kept turning off and on until finally it didn't work. Decided to buy another new one and after calling about 5 companies finally spoke with Chris from Convertible. He was there the same day to price the job. The day after Dieter (the installer) arrived with the new unit. Apart from the prompt service and fair pricing I really appreciated that when they said they would be at the house at a certain time they were there on time (in fact early) on both occasions. Dealing with previous companies this has been a real problem so it was a nice change.
