Needed a new furnace, got 3 quotes from various high rated companies here on Homestars and decided to go with Convertible because of price and because their Rep Sean was very helpful in answering all my questions and educating me on my options. The installer Adam was quite diligent, thorough and professional. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

We had a brand new furnace and air conditioner installed by Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. Marnie was extremely knowledgeable on helpful in thoroughly explaining what we needed to do, what they were going to do, how much it would all cost, how long it would take to do it, etc. She even drew diagrams for us to help us understand what she was talking about. She explained the different type of units available and helped us determine which one suited our needs the best. She was even helpful in letting us know we qualified for a rebate that we wouldn't have known otherwise. She saved us $2,000! Also, our last bill was 50% less than the same bill was the month prior! The technicians were also very very good and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure they didn't leave any traces or messes after they were done. They also followed up with us to make sure all was running smoothly. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking to replace their unit. They came to me on my neighbour's recommendation and I am so glad they did.

My wife and I were very pleased with the services of Convertible Air yand we would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a more than reliable hvac install. Our representative Sean was extremely courteous and informative and the install done by Brandon was quick, clean and on time. Both were very helpful in helping us understand our new heating and cooling system and the warranty offered was as good as any other company in the industry! A1!!!!

My wife and I very happy that Raj at Convertible Air was able to service and start up our 20+ year old boiler (on Sep. 24). The entire experience was very friendly; that is, Sam called me back to discuss our needs and to give us a quote. The final bill was exactly as quoted so that was nice. Convertible Air was recommended to us by both family and friends; and, we also recommend them. Raj was very apologetic for being about an hour late but his previous appointment turned out to be a lengthier job. That too was the case for us. We just moved in and it was obvious when he opened up the boiler that it too had not been serviced in many years (and we confirmed with the previous owner that was the case). The original CO reading was so high that it was beyond the detector's limit so Raj suggested that he not proceed with the cleaning so that we would save that cost. I thought that was thoughtful and also appreciated that he did not then try to sell me a new boiler. Nevertheless, I was curious and figured that he might as well clean it to see if the boiler would pass. Raj spend the next few hours (and I know that these start up appointments should be 60 to 90 minutes) really thoroughly cleaning the boiler and he brought his own vacuum cleaner. Even though he was delayed getting our house and I was causing him another delay, he was not rushing and the bill was no higher than the original quote. As a result of Raj's work, the CO reading afterwards passed, and well below the legal limit! I asked him when I should replace the boiler and again, he did not go into a sales mode so that was nice. He said that he would be happy to come back every year to clean/start up the boiler and that would be cheaper for us than a new boiler; that is, he recommended not replacing it until it really needed/until it failed. Well, one day, I know we will need a new boiler and Sam/Raj at Convertible Air will be my first call.

The salesman Sean Kesavan was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel extremely happy with the deal he gave me. The guys who installed the new furnace were excellent. They had a challenging job here and made it all work. The heat is well distributed throughout my home. I very pleased. Thank you to Sean and Kemar and the other guy who worked with him. I would recommend Convertible Air to anyone who wants a great furnace for a lot less than other companies charge. Check them out. It is so worth it. :-)

Marnie was very professional during her visit explaining the need and options. The price was very good comparing with the competition. Kamil and James did the installation in a perfect timely manor and exceptional qualifications. Very satisfied with the after sale process. Highly recommended.

my parents were satisfied with marny coming in and assessing the furnace and dieter came on time and was very informative about the work and don't a fantastic job and was very polite, would recommend the great work that he did.

Dieter Installed both furnace and AC.I was very happy with his work.He was very professional and completely flexible to work around any timings/problems. Overall I was very happy with the standard of work and would definitely recommend them in the future.

I was in need of a new Gas Furnace as my old unit just would not work one evening. I called Convertible for assistance. From initial consultation from Mike the Service Tech who was very helpful and informative to Marnie who contacted me immediate to arrange a replacement and finally Dieter the Installer who was efficient and professional the entire experience was painless thanks to the Convertible team.
