Marnie, our contact worked hard to get us the correct part for out unit. The supplier was slow in delivering it to Ontario and I was tempted to use an inferior part but Marnie convinced me otherwise. They installed the unit swiftly and without issue once able. Pricing was very fair and she was right ultimately as our cooler power is greatly enhanced now. Communication with Convertible was excellent given the circumstances. They know there HVAC, and Hi Velocity systems in particular. I would recommend them and in fact I was cued to draft this review as I searched for their number to investigate adding a humidifier to my home.

Working with Convertible Heating & Air was hassle-free. They really knew the in's and out's of their system. They answered all of our questions with ease. I would recommend them to our family and friends!

I purchased an investment property that unfortunately needed both a furnace and air conditioner. I reviewed a number of ads in the local flyers and called Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. The person on the phone arranged the sales rep. to came see the property that same day. They were the best priced suppliers and they came out to install the units two days later. They came to the property when they said they would (very important as it was not my place of residence) and very efficient. I have nothing but good things to say!. Thank you.

From the initial phone inquiry to the final installation of the heating/air conditioning units, the people from Convertable Air conveyed trust, experise and outstanding customer service. The patriarch of the company, Sam, was my inital contact. I told him I was a 1st time purchaser of such units and that I had questions and concerns. Sam happily addressed all my questions thoughtfully and throughly. Marnie, the Sales Rep, was knowledgable, charming and very forthright in her discussions and recommendations for my family's particular needs. She explained, in layman's terms, what issues we had, why we had them and what the expected outcomes would be, and if not, that I shouldn't hesitate to call them back. The units we purchased were the Goodman GM8892 Gas Fired Warm Air Furnace and the Goodman GSX130 Air Conditioning Unit. Both have a 10yr warranty on parts. The units are brand new, so I don't have an evaluation of their operation, but I can say the heating unit kicked in rght away and makes minimal sound. The technicians, Kemar and Eric, were very pleasant, diligent, respectful of our property and very professional. Kemar kept tabs on the gas company, after-hours, on his own time and Eric gave me a courtesy call to inform me that they were running a little behind schedule. All in all, the installation, which proved to be a diificult one because the house was built in the 1920s, was completed on time and at a very reasonable cost. I would DEFINITLY recommend Convertible Air to any and everyone! Thanks guys for keeping my family warm and not breaking the bank!

We called Convertible for a quote on out furnace and Marny came out to survey the job she was very professional and knowledgable ( this was our second time dealing with convertible ) Marny sent by her best installer Dieter who has many reviews on homestRa , so we felt comfortable with him to do the job . Having the peace of mind in knowing that a very important aspect of home ownership has been taken care of exceptionally well, is of crucial importance to most of us. This has been my experience since the purchase and installation of heating and cooling units from Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning. Prior to contacting this company I had already received two estimates from highly advertised companies. Their high prices and suggestion to replace my old and inefficient units with products having the same capacity as my old, entry level ones initially installed by the builder of my house, left me suspicious. Calling a home inspector confirmed my concerns, pointing out the necessity for equipment with greater capacity for our 3 000 sq. ft. home. I then decided to call another company (CONVERTIBLE H & A. C.). They echoed the inspector's concerns and pointed out the benefits of acquiring high end products. My intuition told me this is the company to go with. They not only beat the estimates of their competition, they did installed high end products which truly made a difference to the comfort level in the home. My wife and I are quite pleased and appreciative to have received exceptional products and service from this genuinely caring company.

After 28 years with a terrific furnace it was time to replace it before we HAD to, so we shopped around for a good deal and reliable service. Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning provided both. Our tech (Dieter) was outstanding, friendly, punctual and terrific to have in our home. The office service from Marnie Amodeo was friendly and prompt. We are VERY delighted with their quality and work and would HIGHLY recommend this company for anybody looking for a new furnace.

Marnie, Kemar and the entire team did a great job. We had an older oil furnace and tank removed and a new gas furnace installed. Despite it being a slightly more complicated furnace installation than most, I found the process professional, quick and hassle-free. Plus, the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the level of service I received through Convertible Heating and Air conditioning. Our furnace had been on its last leg for a few years now and we've been procrastinating on replacing it as we knew the piping needed to be replaced and with a finished basement we had our concerns. During our annual maintenance Direct Energy found a crack in our H/E and shut the gas off due to safety concerns. We immediately contacted a number of HVAC companies and received quotes ranging between $2.5k and $6k... We met a number of consultants but none were as professional and considerate as Sean, from Convertible! He was on time, explained our options, suggested options for cost savings, and he even offered us a few spaces heaters! Based on this alone he earned our business but it didn't hurt that they were also the cheapest option. A few days later their installers came and did a fantastic job of keeping our home clean. They did have to make 3 small vent hole size cuts in our drywall but nothing excessive. Unfortunately, we did have a small problem with our furnace after about a month of use. However, once we called Convertibles 24/7 service line they had a tech out the same day to replaced a faulty limit switch, after hours to boot. I'd like to make it clear that this small hiccup was due to a manufacturing issue and was no fault of Convertibles. The furnace is working great and we are very happy we went with Sean and Convertible!

Our furnace was red tagged by another HVAC company in late October 2014. Our furnace needed to be replaced. We contacted this company to install a new furnace. Our sales representative, Sean showed up on time. He clearly laid our options and explained the differences between the furnaces. Sean did not pressure us to buy on the spot and he encouraged us to get other quotes. On installation day, the technicians were quick, efficient and kept a clean work area. We are very happy with the service we received and we will use their service again. Thanks again Sean!
