I had a very old oil furnace that was expensive to run and prone to breakdowns. This could not continue so this past summer I started looking around for a new unit. Originally I called a large company that advertises on TV but was not impressed with what they had to say. Then I called Convertible. Marnie came to the house and immediately impressed me with her knowledge and expertise. She was easy to talk to and addressed all my questions. She even arranged to book the Gas line installation which the other company had expected me to do. Even her prices were better. The Installation itself was a big job but her installers, Kumar and Eric, were excellent. They were fast, clean, and polite. I want to thank everyone at Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning for doing an excellent job of installing a new gas furnace & air conditioner in my home. In the future I plan to change my electric hot water heater to gas and also install a gas fireplace. When that time comes I will be calling Marnie and Convertible again. If you need heating or a/c work done on your home, I recommend calling Convertible. I am sure you will be just as pleased as I was Regards D

We had a very good experience with Convertible Heating and AC. Chris our sales person was far more knowledgable that the previous 2 salespersons providing quotes (pointing out problematic installation areas, standards that were not being met - things that are typically only uncovered by the installers who subsequently increase the price). He was always available to provide us with information before and after the install. Our two installers were great, very knowledgeable and willing to do the job right despite a difficult installation scenario for both furnace and water heater. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for my servicing.

I wanted to replace our 22 years old furnace before it breaks down on us. We did a lot of research and got a great deal from Convertible heating...Sean came to the consultation/assessment and explained everything that we did not here from 4 other major companies that came to give us quotes. He also prepared OPA rebate papers and emailed to us immediately. I must say that Sean is a honest, straight forward guy who explained more than enough and answered all our questions that other sales representatives from other companies did not even touch during their pitch. Adam was also a great friendly guy who came with Andrew to install the furnace and did a fantastic, clean job. I am totally happy for selecting convertible Heating for my project and would recommend to anyone 100%...

Of the 3 quotes I got for Central Air installation, only Marni from Convertible Heating and Air told me about the Gov rebate program. She also gave me the best price quote. The first instal went well but there were many problems with the A/C and I was not happy. Marni sent another installer Adam, and he and his partner did a complete reinstall and I am very satisfied. And Convertible Air did all the paperwork for my rebate, I just had to mail it in. Convertible Air made it right at their own expense without being difficult about it. They were on time, all very friendly, cleaned up after, they went the extra mile, and they had the best price.

My wife and I wanted to replace our 23 years old furnace and 18 years old A/C before they break down on us. At the same time, we wanted take advantage of the rebates from OPA and Enbridge Community Energy Conservation Program. It is time to replace our furnace and A/C unit!! We have done a lot of research and invited companies for quotes, and no other companies can match what Convertible Air offered. They gave us a very competitive price for a top brand furnace and A/C unit. Overall, it was a very smooth process. From discussing different options with Sam on the phone, having Sean over our house for consultation and measurement, and having Dieter (not Peter) for installation. I have to say Sean is very knowledgeable and honest, unlike other sales representatives who tried to sell us unnecessary things, Sean told us exactly what we needed. Our installer, Dieter, is amazing as well, he came to our house at 7am only to find out our A/C supply line was too small, Dieter advised us to replace the supply line because not having the correct line size will significantly affect the efficiency and the useful life of the A/C unit. My wife and I appreciated his honesty, Dieter could have just used the improper supply line and finished the job earlier but he stayed for the entire day to replace the supply line free of charge and to ensure the installation is perfect. We were extremely impressed with the installation service. The entire installation process was very smooth. Thank you Sam, Sean, and Dieter for all your hardwork =) We will definitely recommend Convertible Air to all our families and friends. Convertible heating and air conditioning did a very good job by removing old equipment and installing new one. They came on time, replaced liner, installed new wires. The quality of the job was good.

We used convertible heating to replace our 25+ furnace they were great!!! Not only was the price fantastic but so was their service. Their technicians were knowledge and treated our home as if it was their own. We couldn't have asked for a better company. This company is truly amazing!
