I just recently purchased water heater from Convertable Heating and Air Conditioning. I am happy with the purchase and overall service. Pricing was very reasonable, there was no additional surprises. Service technician Dieter who installed our new tankless water heater was fantastic and very helpful. Great service.

Convertible Heating and Air Condition is a company I would recommend to anyone. The consultation was very good and it was quite easy for me to choose a furnace. I am very pleased with the whole installation. Kemar did a wonderful job. He was very detailed in explaining to me what he did. He showed me how to take care of the filters for both the furnace and humidifier. Everyone who visited my home always commented on how hot the water is and I have no idea why. After explaining all about the furnace Kemar asked if my hot water is very hot and I said yes. He immediately showed me why and explained how I can make the adjustment on the hot water tank to keep the water at a good temperature and to save energy. I am very pleased with this young man skills and abilities. Thanks for sending such capable worker to install my new furnace.

Contacted Chris Amodeo who promptly set up an appt and was at my home to survey the furnace within 2 days. He had his installer, Kumar, come by the following day to check out the ductwork. Both men were very professional and friendly giving me lots of info about the best solution for our furnace dilemma. Chris gave me a quote which turned out to be the best price out of the 4 companies I had offers from. He set up an installation date for the following week. Kumar and his assistant showed up on time and worked without delay. They were finished promptly and cleaned up any mess they had created. True professionals! I highly recommend this company and have already referred them to a friend who is currently looking for a furnace.

Was in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner and required a quick turnaround. Convertible was recommended by a friend. Sean arrived for the consult and was extremely knowledgeable and provided a variety of options to select from. We learned a lot from him! Dieter installed both units in one day. Very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating with our questions. A great experience from both Sean and Dieter. Would highly recommend!

We had a new central air conditioning system installed. The helpful sales person (Sean) explained the options available and helped us determine the best one for us. He also explained the advantage and disadvantages of various options. They were able to give us a price lower than any of the estimates we got and still give us a great system. Also, their installation crew was one man his name is DIETER and he was great he did a wonderful job he also was very helpful with all my question and fix a crack I had in my wale were the out take for my furnaces is when finished. Now one weeks after installation we are cool and satisfied. We would happily recommend them and will use them all further air conditioning and heating system needs Thanks you DIETER.& Convertible.

This is the second time I have used Convertible - 10 years ago in my first home they installed AC and were fabulous- so naturally when I moved this spring into an older home that need an upgrade in Furnace and AC I called them back- I had gotten other quotes as well, they came in with the best price for a great product and their level of professionalism as well as flexibility for my schedule for both the home visit for quoting as well as the install was great. The day of the install the team that was there was beyond great- if there wasn't a new system there you would not know they had been there, they were fast, polite and above all very tidy with the removal of the old units and the care of how they left my home when they were done. All in all a great experience. If I needed anything else they would be my first and only call, however I am confident that I won't need to unless I relocate again. Thank you Sam, Sean and Adam you guys are great!

One of my neighbors bought an AC from Convertible through Sean Kesavan, he mentioned that Sean offered him a good deal and a clear explanation of the product and payment options. He passed along Sean's information to me. Sean returned the phone call promptly and we booked and appointment at my place for him to come and check things out. Once here he was very professional and friendly, a good listener. He evaluated my needs and gave me the proper advice on what product we needed and the payment options were explained as well. The installer Dieter came to do the work on time, we was great and clean with his work, he was patient an answered all my questions as well. Overall was a very good experience. Thank you guys and of course we will recommend Convertible to our friends.

Excellent Job from start to finish. I found Convertible's ad in one of the door to door flyers which normally I wouldn't pay much attention to. After looking up Convertible on Homestars and seeing the reviews, we decided to call Convertible for a quote to change our furnace as we wanted to get 3 quotes. We liked the fact that they were a Family Owned Company who had been in business since 1967. Marni came to our home to quote our furnace replacement. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and gave us several options all of which seemed very reasonable. She also advised us of the Enbridge Program where we could receive a further rebate in addition to the OPG rebate of $250 that was currently being offered. Installation was done by Roop who was also very experienced and knowledgeable. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend Convertible to others

This spring I bought my first home. I knew when I moved it that I needed to replace the furnace and put in air conditioning. After doing my research and having many people come to my home to do quotes. I found Convertible. I was very happy with the service they provided me. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
