    Tankless water heater

    Got a tankless water heater installed in 2 days after calling for a quote. We are very satisfied with the price ,much cheaper than other competitors. More importantly Chris was able to accommodate our urgent request!

    Air Conditioning

    The A/C was blowing no cold air. I called and talked to the owner of the Company on May 27th. He said that they are behind a couple weeks due to the Covid-19 Virus that has limited the amount of vehicles in use. He asked what the issue was and I explained that there was no cold air coming out of the ducts. He instructed me to go to the A/C and check the piping to see if there was frost on the pipes. I said no and he instructed me to hold the pipe that blows Freon into the house and if its cold. I said that it wasn't cold. He said that there was probably no Freon in the piping and will send a person to check for Freon leak and add Freon. I stated that the unit was not even 4 years old and purchased through his Company. I waited for a repairman and by June 15th with the temperature at 86 degrees inside the house I called again. I talked to a lady this time and I told her as per what is typed above. She explained that the owner wasn't a technician and they would have to send a technician and would cost $99.00. The Technician arrived and tested for a leak and told me I needed a new A-Coil located inside the home. Then billed me $225.00 and said that he doesn't repair A/C only tests them. I called Convertible Heating and within 2 days the technicians arrived and replaced the A-Coil. I asked is it a manufacturers defect or poor installation as it was located in the furnace unit. I didn't install it so I can't give you an answer. The bill didn't say if the A-Coil which was under warrantee was included with the removal and replace indoor coil. This bill was $452.00 for just over 2 hours work. I thought the total price was high since in late July 2016 the A/C cost just over $2,100.00. I think I was over charged in that the owner knew the problem and the Technician wasn't needed. Anyway the house needed A/C and we dealt with the original Company that installed the A/C. I decided that if I contacted Convertible Air the price would have been the same. I looked on Homestars and one of their reviews for a technician visit was $125.00. I still have given Convertible Air a 10 as the job was completed and we had A/C. The bill should have had the date on it if another issue happens.

    Air Condition installation

    Got a new Amana air conditioner unit installed. Salesperson Chris was knowledgeable and gave us a reasonable quote. The installers came as scheduled and were very polite and knowledgeable. Answered all the questions asked with the patient. Cleaned up well without reminders after work was done.

    Carrier ac installation

    Salesperson Michael was knowledgeable and gave us a quote that sounded reasonable. Gave us confidence in the practicable suggestions given. After talking to another 2 salesperson from other companies, we chose Convertible. The workmen came as scheduled and were quiet, efficient and asked permission when needed. Cleaned up well without reminders.

    Air conditioning system

    Our air-conditioning unit need to retire due to obsolete Freon gas. Obtain quotes from 3 big companies but too costly and agents are pushy. Came across with Convertible advertisement, talk to them and sent their representative in my place. Marnie clearly provided the options that suits our need. Convertible Goodman 16 SEERS cost was much lesser than the price of 13 SEERS AC quoted by the big players. After confirmation, my AC was installed in 4 days despite of high season. Kemar installed the AC unit professionally. Overall, Convertible surpassed the cost, schedule, quality and service compared to other companies I dealt with. Highly recommended.

    New Carrier A/C

    A/C done after 20 years. Called for a price on a Carrier 2 ton A/C unit. $2,650 installed plus tax. I couldn't fine a better price. Technician was nice and professional. Came wearing their mask's and gloves. I have used them for my furnace as well and all their technicians have been really nice. Note: The wood frame was something I did. A/C sits on brackets but I had to build the frame to stop my dog from going under. Plus it just looks nicer.

    Great service at a fair price

    I just want to thank Sam, Rupert and Josh for their great help. Sam was following up on my appointment and letting me know when my AC was arriving. When Rupert and Josh showed up they were very professional and wore PPE within the house. After they finished their work they cleaned up and left my house the way they found it. Thank you all for your help.

    Furnace and air conditioner install

    Roop and colleague did a great job of installing the furnace and AC. Admittedly, this was not a straightforward install, and part of the finished ceiling needed to be cut for venting. This additional work was done competently at no extra cost. We were offered a great deal in purchasing both furnace and A/C with great options for extending the warranty by Marnie. Marnie has been very helpful in answering all questions and attending to concerns in a timely manner. We are very glad that we went with Convertible to fulfill our rental property's HVAC needs. Thank you!

    Carrier A/C installation

    Just a short note to say that the crew was very professional and did a great job on the installation. They were polite and courteous and careful to wear shoe covers for our carpets. They answered all my questions. I have also purchased a high efficiency furnace from convertible air. Great company.

    AC Installation

    I got a Goodman 16 SEER AC installed, which is a good quality air conditioner at a fair price. As well, the company, Convertible Air has had great customer reviews over the years. Therefore I am a satisfied customer.
