    Install new air conditioner

    Had new AC unit installed. New install is wonderful. Gained space on side of house where old unit was. The eyesore of previous old installation is gone and all conduit and tubing installed in a very neat manner. Thank you Chris in sales, and Dave and his team for the great installation. I will be recommending you to family, neighbors and friends. Very satisfied customer.

    Ductless AC Install

    Such a good experience! We couldn't face a summer inside without AC. I did my research, asked around and Convertible was the company most recommended. From the time I called, until the unit was installed was less than a week. It was fast, friendly and I feel like I got the best product and installation. Stellar customer service is what sets this company apart.

    Gas Furnace and AC unit

    was very pleased with the insulation of our new AC unit and Gas Furnace the installation crew were very professional made sure that they covered my carpets and cleaned up after words thanks Chris for a job well done.

    Central Air Replacement

    Convertible installed my first central air in 2002. Eighteen year's later, I called them for a quote on a new system. Once again, they had the best price by far, so I went ahead and booked them to do the job. Unfortunately, there was some confusion on their end, and they failed to show up for the scheduled install appointment. This was rectified in a timely manner, and my new central air was installed, and is working great, just in time for a heat wave. The installer discovered an existing problem and rectified it, resulting in my whole home cooling better than it ever has.

    New Central Air Conditioner Install

    Marnie is the heart of this company! She dealt with me through the whole process of buying a new Air conditioner; from quote, choice of the new unit and scheduling the install. She was very friendly, courteous, prompt in all of her email and text responses and extremely knowledgeable about their products. All of this during a very busy time for Air Conditioner Companies- during a heat wave! The installers were courteous, wore masks in our home (Covid 19), laid down floor coverings the entire way through our house to the furnace room and completed the install in a tidy and efficient manner.

    New ac unit, excellent service and products

    Mike came by to assess our old AC that needed replacement, provided professional and clear recommendations and pricing up front of various options to chose from. The prices were the best we came across after having requested several quotes from other providers. Two professionals came to install our new AC unit, were kind, effective and got the job done. We had some air vents inside our home that were poorly installed so at no extra cost even offered to fix it. We got a new AC unit and a humidifier.. we are so pleased with this company, service and products offered.. highly recommend!!!

    AC repair

    AC not producing any cold air even though fan is running. initially thought the capacitor or compressor is done. called them and scheduled for technician (Raj). Raj called on the scheduled day to confirm, then show up on time and got on the job right away, no bs. after quick inspection he determined that the wire was burnt and was able to fix it quickly. charged only the minimum rate (99+tax). definitely my go-to provider going forward.

    AC installation and humidifier

    Convertable was very prompt in providing us with a quote and date for installation. The gentlemen that worked in my home were very respectful of the space and in keeping everything clean. They tested the product and provided me with all the necessary paperwork.

    New air conditioner installation

    I had my 15 year old furnace replaced by Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning in February 2020. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Last week I had my 14 year old air conditioner replaced by Convertible Heating & Air. It was delightful to speak to Marnie again and make the arrangements for my new a/c. The installation person Deiter was right on time and very nice and did a wonderful job installing my a/c and also a new wall thermostat for me. He answered any questions I had. He also was part of the team that installed my furnace earlier in the year. I truly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone out there. They were recommended to me by several neighbours in my area and I am glad I had them do my installations and recommend them highly. Thanks again Marnie and her wonderful team at Convertible.

    Repeat customer

    I was very pleased with this company 2 years ago with the purchase of my new furnace and did not hesitate to contact them when it was time to replace my old air conditioner. Overall great service.
