    Great install of 3 Tonne AC and Humidifier

    Contacted Grant and got a quote for a 3 tonne AC unit and humidifier. The two gentlemen that installed the unit were clean and efficient during the install and cleanup. :) After the unit was installed I was shown what settings to use on the humidifier and AC for Summer and winter seasons. I liked the competitive price as I had researched and obtained quotes from other supplier/installer.

    New AC Install

    My 25 years old AC started to give problems and decided to replace it. Because I had my furnace replaced almost 10 years ago by Convertible Air i decided to give them a call. I had the pleasure to speak with Chris in sales and he provided my with multiple options and of course Convertible Air price was the best compared with the other companies I called. He was able to book the install very fast. The two technicians were amazing. They were very professional in all aspects: very polite, remove old unit, prepare the platform outside for the new unit, install the new unit. Inside remove the coil and put the new one and make sure to keep the place clean and tidy. At the end we started the AC and they made sure it works properly and test the thermostat. As like the furnace install done 10 years ago I am very impressed with Convertible air and with everything they do. I would recommend Convertible air to all my friends. Thank You again!

    Installation of New AC

    We were very happy with the service from beginning to end. Marnie was very helpful in helping us choose our AC and answered all of our questions that we had. It's rare to have such pleasant and honest customer service and for putting up with so many questions. Tom and his partner (sorry did not get the other persons name) were our installers and they did a great job! They even removed our old AC. Now we can sit back and enjoy our cool home.

    New furnace

    Convertible replaced our water heater 2 years ago and we were very impressed by their service and price. So it was a no-brainer when we needed to replace our furnace last week. Inside sales rep Grant was easy to deal with and knowledgeable, as were installers Dave and his partner. Their price was substantially less than a second quote we received as well. Would recommend Convertible to anyone who requires HVAC services.

    Great Service and Installation

    Sam helped to diagnose the problem over the phone. Quickly knew I needed a new A/C. The crew was very friendly, clean and efficient. They did a great job on the A/C install. Would highly recommend this company for you heating and cooling needs.

    New Air Conditioner Installation

    I called Convertible at the height of the heatwave last week after my 20 year old A/c unit refused to work. I spoke with Sam who was very helpful and we set up an appointment for the following week. Roop and Josh arrived on the date (early). Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with. They did a great job in about 2 hours. Removed old A/c unit and left workplace clean and tidy. Josh also helped me to figure out my thermostat and put new batteries in. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you guys!

    Amana 16 Seer A/C Install

    We had a new A/C unit installed at our home. The challenge was that it was to be moved to the other side of the home. They did not rush and were very thorough. They provided me with all of the information I needed to make an educated decision on the location of the new unit. Their product knowledge was above par, thus answered all of my questions without hesitation. The installer who came also serviced the area and completed the install in a little over half a day. The installer, was meticulous in his installation of the new components and checked off all the expectations I had. Other companies were offering 13 Seer units for almost $1000 more than Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning and only stood behind their products for up to 2 years of labour and 10 years parts, unless you paid extra. Convertible guarantees their products for 10 years of labour and 10 years parts. I would definitely recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning.

    New Air Conditioner

    Installers arrived on time. They were efficient and friendly. They provided great advise on running the a.c. and our furnace. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend.

    furnace and ac install

    Called Chris Mid week and asked for new ac. Installed two days later and furnace a day after that. I have been a customer for 12 years and couldn't be more pleased Great install and great service
