    Air Conditioning

    Two years ago I purchased a high efficiency furnace and I am completely satisfied with both the service, price paid and furnace. During the last heat wave my AC went and instead of getting 3 quotes and without hesitation I just called Marnie and told her I needed a new AC. Why may you ask did I not get 3 quotes and just trust Convertible Air? Well, because 24 years ago when I moved into my new house I purchased my now dead AC from Convertible. It wasn't until 2018 when I did get 3 quotes for my furnace and went with Convertible that I realized they were the ones who I purchased my old AC from. If I trusted them the last two times then why would I not trust them now. All three times the installers were great, and the last two guys who installed my AC were fantastic. Don't bother with wasting your time with getting companies telling you they are the best in the business because Convertible really is the best. Thank you again Marnie

    A/C installation

    I recently had to replace my A/C unit. From start to finish, I found the team at Convertible Air to be very friendly and professional. The tech made some suggestions to improve the efficiency of the unit, which I had never heard before, despite having had a similar unit for years. I would recommend this company in the future.

    Install Air Conditioning unit

    Air conditioning unit failed during heat wave. Phoned Convertible on Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to reach the owner himself. Arranged for an inspection the following day and installation in the next 2 days. The installer was named Kemar. He was extremely pleasant and courteous as well as efficient. Will definitely recommend Convertible

    A/C Replacement

    I was so so so pleased with these guys! We had our furnace replaced by them a few years ago and just this morning had our A/C replaced. So professional and on time. They wore protective gear for their shoes when doing work inside the house, they were respectful ensure the basement door was closed at all times as I have little ones running around the house. They explained everything in detail and truly left us knowing that the install was successful. Thanks for cooling our house down!

    Central Air Conditioner

    Very professional from the President Sam to Rick and Murray who installed it my central air conditioner. However I am unable to register my warranty on the website. Some technical problem

    Fast and Professional

    I called Monday Morning, Chris showed up within a few hours to discuss options and give a quote. By Wednesday at 8am, the technicians were here to install and the house was cool by 1:00. As a health care provider I couldn't ask for a better service during these times.

    AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE

    I have dealt with this company for a new air conditioner, furnace and hot water (gas) tank. All of the people who work there, and the owner Sam, are very customer friendly, responsive and appreciative of your business. Their prices are very competitive and their sales people are knowledgeable. That is why I have referred several friends to Convertible Air who are also very satisfied. With the first heat wave this year (May, 2020), my air conditioner wouldn't switch on. I called the company and within 6 hours the technician came and repaired the system and fortunately at no charge under my extended warranty. All work is very professional and the technicians never leave a mess. It is a pleasure to deal with a family owned business where you don't have to hold for hours on the phone and don't get ignored. I would give them a 10+ rating.

    Air Conditioner

    The service and professionalism is outstanding - super nice people to deal with. I had my new air conditioner quickly and the installation was seamless. I would highly recommend this amazing company.

    New Furnace installed

    Got a new furnace installed. Right from sales to installation process was seamless. Chris in sales was pleasure to deal with, Roop and Josh did a clean install. They were very professional & courteous. Will recommend to family & friends.

    Hot Water Tank replacement

    My old hot water heater sprung a leak and the rental company said they wouldn't repair but would replace it. Not wanting to pay for a rental I looked for a company that could deliver and install a new one quickly. I spoke with Chris and he was able to give me a fantastic price. His crew arrived when he said they would and within a few hours my old tank was gone, they updated the exhaust pipe to meet code, and had the new tank nicely installed. The installers were very polite and friendly. They covered my floors and left the job site very clean. I would highly recommend this company.
