Dion, I am in absolute shock to read this sir.
From the moment you called our store Sunday afternoon during the pandemic, all we did was give you good free honest advice on what you asked for which was a new water heater. Then we sent over Adam to do the diagnosis as you requested. He saw water coming out of the tank itself and advised you of that. We never once forced you into purchasing anything, you searched around over a period of one week and then got back to us and said you wanted to purchase a new boiler.
and when you had a second opinion and realized that there was issues with your in floor heating causing wAter back up -we cancelled your order gladly
You and I had open easy communication for a week.
We probably had over 10 conversations by phone and you kept praising us on how nice and honest and easy we were to deal with.
The first thing Adam told me when I gave him the update, was that you will soon be having water leak out of the tank again. He still stands by his diagnostic.
It's mine boggling that you would go from your complete support of our local business due to our honesty, and out of the blue post a 4 out of 10 negative review on HomeStars which is completely unfair we did nothing wrong. If Adam missed diagnosed it then we will happily give you your $99 back sir
