    Furnace Replacement

    When our builder grade furnace stopped working due to a faulty heat exchanger, Chris sent a tech to see us the same day. We had a new furnace installed the next day at a reasonable price. This all happened during the Covid-19 shutdown, so we really appreciated the prompt, helpful service.

    Heating and Air Conditioning

    Good communication and response to purchase products that are best suited for my particular request. On time schedule for installation and completion. Superb and precise installation.Dealt with last minute issues in a fair manner.

    Mike, Adam, and Sean at Convertible are a great team

    Mike, Adam, and Sean at Convertible are a great team. Really appreciate all their hard work. They did everything i requested and more. Adam even showed me how to upgrade my thermostat to Nest. Great guys, doing a great job.

    Furnace & AC installation

    I received a quote on Monday and by Wednesday the guys came to put in the new furnace. The technicians were polite, professional, informative and really knew what they were doing. I asked questions and they were able to explain things in clear language. They also took care to keep the floors clean by laying down drop clothes. After installation I had concerns about the furnace and they came back the next day to make adjustments. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their furnace or AC!

    AC Installation

    This is the second time I have bought AC from Convertible. Overall, they are amazing with best prices! The installation crew they use are professionals who know what they are doing. The sales representative (Michael) was really polite and punctual. He provided us with all the possible options for the AC given our house size. He came prepared and getting in touch with him was always a breeze. The installation crew were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone looking into buying a new AC unit.

    Ken is great!

    I have used this services a few times over the years and each time it was a great experience. Ken was knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, I had to replace the entire furnace and Ken made the process a breeze.

    Rinnai tankless water heater

    I replaced a older tank to a tankless, and they reran the furnace gas line. Dealing with Ed from Convertible was like dealing with an old school, family run business. No pressure sales, open dialogue, he listened to ideas how I wanted some things done. Likewise, the installers were very professional, clean, laying down tarps, with quality workmanship. My only beef, which is minimal, and cosmetic not functional, is that some of the installed gas lines had rust on them. Don't know if they had been kept around for a while in the truck or reused. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    Carrier Furnace and A/C

    The quote from Convertible was very close to the other two. It was the product that made the decision. They were fast and installed the new furnace the next day. The unit was installed quickly with little disruption to the house.Very professional and considerate of the situation considering I had been without heat for 4 days. A friend had recommended but I found their ad later and would have considered them from that.

    Furnace, A/C and tankless hot water heater combo installation

    Very professional team, did a clean job in timely fashion. They have thorough knowledge of HVAC, so I'd recommend them for project of any scale. They'd match the requirements for current energy audit's. They are flexible and minimal on terms, so I'd deal with them rather than big companies like relience or enercare that will hand you a multi page contract. Good old local Canadian family business ran with honesty that you wanna support. Chris is the numbers guy, he'll work out a good deal for you with available promotions. Thanks Convertible, keep up the good work
